It was very convenient as it was close to the subway station. The staff were friendly and were able to speak my broken Spanish. The staff can speak English, but not Japanese. There is a cafe right next to the entrance where you can eat. The area around the hotel is not bad, and there is a Mercadona (supermarket) nearby, so you won't have any trouble shopping. There are also quite a few bars and fast food restaurants near the hotel, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The hotel room was clean and I was able to use the bathroom and toilet without any problems.
