The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Atocha train station and metro stations, Prado Museum and Retiro Park. There are restaurants and shops nearby.
The reception staff is nice. There is an option to ask for a kettle in the room, so they offered to take hot water from the hotel bar.
The rooms are quite spacious and clean, but the design is old-fashioned. Wi-Fi worked.
The bed was comfortable, the linen was nice. The windows were on the street, but there was no noise at all.
The main disadvantage is not very good sound insulation, you can hear your neighbors and events in the corridor. But not terrible.
Overall, it is a bit expensive, but the proximity to the train station captivates.
