Las camas y almohadas muy buenas. La atención para destacar. Recomiendo The club Wellington, bocadillos a toda hora y desayuno más privado. La atención de Vicente y Juan para remarcarla .El restaurante de sushi del hotel uno de los mejores de Madrid. El bar con su barra un clásico, todo es muy bueno y su piscina y terraza con su bar muy recomendable. Cada vez que vamos a Madrid vamos al Wellington. Me olvidaba de la ubicación Salamanca !!

The hotel rooms and the public areas are very lovely. The bed linens and towels are top quality. The housekeeping staff are kindly and meticulous in their attention to the guests. However, the swimming pool area is mostly unattractive. One reason I say this is that it has too much shade in the afternoon and it was cold in mid-September. I suppose that can’t be helped. But the area surrounding the pool really needs upgrading. The approach is gravelly and blocked by some large projection and it has an awkward approach. Parts of the hotel, where there is construction should be blocked off from view. The breakfast does offer Laurent Perrier champagne at breakfast but the food itself is average. Quite disappointing for a venerable old five-star hotel. I speak from our experience in many Spanish hotels, including the Paradores. However, the staff, as everywhere in the hotel, are kind and attentive. I feel mixed in my review. This hotel is really lovely but overpriced if you include breakfast, which costs about 26€ each! If you want to experience a fine old hotel, go for it. However, find breakfast elsewhere. To sum up: beautiful hotel with attentive service but a disappointing breakfast. But we really enjoyed the stay and we loved the Barrio de Salamanca. Thank you.

This hotel was a disappointment. Price/value is bad and the service is mediocre. We had two very expensive suites and when we arrived all the tools of a repairman were still laying on the floor in one of the bathrooms. Half an hour later he came and finished his work. The carpets are shabby and a general refurbishment would be necessary. The staff is very friendly but when it comes to the middle management the helpfulness decreases immediately. After our check-out they didn't not even want to let us enter the VIP Lounge anymore. Most probably they were afraid that we could order a drink for free after having paid a small fortune for two rooms which were far below 5 star level. That was very stingy indeed. We will never come again.

Estuvimos ayer con unos amigos en el bar ingles para merendar. Una verguenza, eramos 4 personas, pedimos el te especial ingles (Hign English Tea) el camarero insistaia que era para 1 persona y le digimos queremos para los 4. los sandwich 1/4 por persona, y tuvo "que poner extra orden de scones y de bebida" Increible que en vezde servir para una orden organice laorden completa para 4! caro y malo, mal servicio. Quisimos agasajar a unos amigos que venian de afuera y no resulto como nos hubiera gustado en cuanto al restaurantese refiere. NO VUELVO

Un hotel con estilo y servicio de primera calidad. A la llegada tienes una recepción pequeña pero a la vez sumamente funcional, personal muy adeudado y amable te recibe. Como siempre llego preocupado por la cama y esta vez encontré una perfecta en su solidez y a la vez confortable, cosa que solo había encontrado en otro hotel en Madrid, pude descansar las 4 noches perfectamente. Limpieza impecable y temprano de las habitaciones. Pequeños detalles como las botellas de jabón y champú algo incomodas ya que no trabajaban bien, pero nada importante. Ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo que necesitas a pie y a escasos minutos en coche los otros. Recomendado.!!

Dentre outros hotéis deste nível, achei que este deixou um pouco a desejar. Não achei que teve um bom atendimento, nem apresentação dos serviços do hotel. O quarto confortável mas um pouco antigo. O café da manhã foi bom. No check out não houve muita pró-atividade para ajudar a sair com malas etc..
