The spot that the hotel is located it’s really good, but my room was a bit off, they don’t have doors on the bathroom, so you don’t have privacy, if you’re travel with a friend I suggest that you choose another hotel

The reception staff are really nice and patient.

The day Receptionists is friendly & helpful - her name is Elena. Room facilities is really basic as the name implied - Basic but definitely not Chic. The only good point is the hotel locations, close to Metro and shopping areas.

Fabuloso

The price-performance ratio is good and the location is very convenient. It is very close to Puerta del Sol. However, there is no hot water kettle. Hotels in several cities in Spain have hot water kettles, but this one does not provide them.

The location is very good as it is near Sol Square Facility is also clean The downside is that even though it is a 3 star hotel, the price is the same as a 4 star hotel.

Personally, I was very satisfied!! The hotel itself was pretty and the front desk was very kind. I arrived on the same day and asked for an early check-in, but he guided me right away as soon as the room was ready, so I was able to rest comfortably. (The front desk sister said she was coming to Korea in April.. If you read this review, I hope you had a pleasant trip to Korea❤️) It's close to Sol Square, but it's not completely in the middle, so it wasn't noisy and it was so nice! The room was also larger than expected and pretty. If there was one thing that was disappointing, it was that slippers were not provided, and this is the same as other Spanish hotels!

The staff at the front desk of the hotel speak very fluent English. Helped me a lot. It also provides a lot of information. The attitude is also super good👍. Because the soundproof glass equipped in the room in the bustling neighborhood is very powerful. And the location is very convenient. I really like the cloth bag provided by the hotel💕

Located in the center of Madrid, the location is great, there are shops below, shopping and dining are very convenient. The downside is that the room is very small and the suitcase cannot be fully opened, but the bathroom is very large.

Great little hotel in the close to everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and had great dining suggestions.

Great location!! It’s about a 7 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and Chocolatería San Gines. Staff is friendly. Lots of shopping options around. The only complaint I have is that the shower temperature/pressure would fluctuate.

Me and my wife stayed for a week at this hotel, the staff was great, clean and comfortable bed, everything is within walks to shops and restaurants and transportation, excellent location in the middle of Madrid. The only complaint we have is that the bathroom doesn’t have a fan and the entire room can be affected after using the bathroom, lol other than that we enjoyed it. Breakfast was healthy and good. Eman!

Although not a fancy hotel, the property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and very helpful with information and getting us a taxi to the hotel. It was in a great area…steps away from the downtown core and many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.

Very clean tiny spot in an excellent location. Anything you might need is a short walk away, shopping and dining options are abundant in this area. The staff is very nice and helpful.
