Hot spring Hotels in Madrid

The hotel is very clean, the service staff are courteous, the surrounding area of the hotel extends in all directions, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel room windows face the patio without any scenery. But after comprehensive consideration, I like it, so I stayed for two more nights.

Stayed end of Feb during a business trip, greeted by the main entrance doors not working and the side door jammed. Security assisted with gaining access but not a great impression. The hotel card reader was not reading any of my cards even though I had just used them outside. I asked where the nearest bank was but the staff could not help apart from shrugging their shoulders. Another person had the same issue after me and it transpired the trainee receptionist had not got the experience to deal with the issues. The hotel was clean with decent rooms as you would expect at this level, the rest of my stay was pleasant with helpful staff.
