Review:
My stay at Address Jabal Omar Hotel was almost akin to experiencing a six-star accommodation, had it not been for a couple of setbacks. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the grandeur of the hotel and the warm reception from the staff. However, my enthusiasm waned slightly due to issues encountered during check-in, which disrupted the otherwise seamless experience.
Moreover, the bathroom facilities didn't meet the high standards I expected. Despite these challenges, the hotel's overall ambiance and amenities were truly impressive. The luxurious atmosphere, coupled with exceptional service, left a lasting positive impression on me.
Nevertheless, my stay was still delightful, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a fabulous and memorable experience.

Excellent stay. I had booked through the Hilton app - two partial haram view rooms. Check in on arrival time was punctual and smooth - I booked with breakfast included. We were told breakfast timings and location on arrival. We were also told there was a shuttle bus to the Haram every three minutes. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom also very big. Breakfast was great included bakery, egg station, fruit and various other hot/cold items including sub continent options. We were looked after by Saddam - a really nice guy. Housekeeping was quick, efficient and very good - the staff were always smiling. We used the cafe on ground floor a couple of occasions for dessert or hot drinks. All very good. Bottles of water provided in room. Also get iron/board too with a fridge in room too. Also a speaker where you can hear azan from the Haram. The shuttle was very good - every time we stepped out a bus was there and always left without too much waiting. A couple of mins drive to the haram and then about a two/three min walk into the mosque. You could walk to haram from hotel if you wanted - about 10 mins. A bit trickier to walk back from Haram as it’s uphill. Marriott and hilton convention Centre hotels are all within walking distance and all shuttles from these three hotels all stop in same place so easy to catch any of them on way back and cross quiet road to your hotel - no need to wait for double tree shuttle although there is always one very quickly. Overall a really good stay and I would recommend it. Also a really nice entrance to hotel…

The hotel and the room itself were excellent and clean. It is a bit far from Masjidil Haram but the hotel provides free shuttle bus every half an hour. The trip will take about 20 minutes one way. The receptionists were professional and nice.

The hotel management provide the shuttle services to Masjid Al Haram, 30 minutes cycle for one shuttle to another, for travellers concern about the hotel charges in the front of Al Haram Mosque have to look an alternatives where to stay. The Park Inn Radisson, together with Millenium, Copthorne and Four Points share the beautiful Mosque Rajhi, Nassem, seek an alternative to the travellers who seek on their budget especially the last 10 th night of Ramadhan. We stayed at the hotel for 12 amazing days. The staffs were very welcoming and always attentive to our needs. The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. Regular free shuttle to Masjid Al Haram really enhances your visit for swalat or even shopping etc. Note that you can wash your clothes and sun dry it on the roof. Bring your own cords. A big THANK YOU to the management. Really helped! Food snacks and drinks is now available from room service Note: register yourself on Accor App to benefit from discount on your hotel stay payments. I think 5%. Thank you Ibis Styles team for making our first Umrah memorable.

Outstanding
GGuest UserTwo nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member
GGuest UserI arrived to the hotel at 10 and the lady in the reception told us to go and do the Omra and come back to get the rooms, I am a gold Fairmont member which was treated badly. We came back at 2:30 and noticed that the rooms are not ready and have been told that the check in time is 4PM, however before one day of arrival they called me to ask me what time do I want the room to be ready. Each customer receptionist was directing me to another where this wasn’t practical at all, image I was awake more than 12 hours and at the end of the day each on just throws me. Then after having a fight we got the rooms finally, I get to know that one of the rooms is full of insects and the other room is noisy from the neighbors. When I called to tell the reception after several fights they changed both rooms, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the escalators. Overall my experience with this hotel is really baaaaaaad and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only positive point was that it’s few steps to the Haram other than that nothing is worth it at all, even when you speak to someone from the receptionist they don’t reply as of they don’t listen and in my case I am a gold member plus trip advisor level 6, how if I was a normal guest what would happen. They made my day very hard and miserable
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and classic the service is very good and there’s a mosque 🕌 in the hotel where you can pray comfortably and there’s a shuttle bus to haram every 30 minutes, I have really enjoyed my stay here, see you again
GGuest UserMy experience with Buffet breakfast in Ramadan, eating a museum, and the place is beautiful, I highly recommend it because the food is great, the taste is great and the taste is very diverse, and I like to thank all the staff of the hotel and the hotel management for this excellent service, and the taste keeps this wonderful picture.
GGuest UserI've been meaning to write this review a long time ago. My apologies for not doing it sooner. My family and I were most impressed with this hotel. The suite we booked was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view of the mountains, the Haram and the Clock tower. With ceiling to floor windows and a panoramic view of Makkah, we couldn't have asked for more. The staff at the hotel were most friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Ms Sarah Alamri was just a pleasure to meet. She made our trip and stay so much more easier and convenient by accommodating our kids for futoor. The Futoor at the restaurant was pure indulgence. The buffet spread was probably one of the better ones I've experienced with a vast array of delicious meals. The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly too. Hats off to Mr Wasim Akram who really had everything running smoothly. The hotel as a whole was ambient and impressive. Absolutely loved the Bukhoor and exquisite fragrances at the entrances and the towers of fresh dates and kahwa. Lounge access was a lovely treat. Thank you to Ms Reem Alamri who was the perfect hostess. The hotel was very convenient and the tunnel access is perfect for entrance into the new section of the Haram. It does require some walking but we enjoyed that too. Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience with my family.
GGuest UserWe stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.
NNabeelIt’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba.
There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast.
There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish.
There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
AavorajeeGood stay in Makkah whilst we visited as a family. Close to Hajj ziyārah sites and only 5 minute drive to Masjid al Haram (when it’s quiet. Reasonably clean though I wasn’t convinced by the IHG cleanliness assurance during these sensitive times. We went for the 2 interconnecting rooms but the hotel had lost the key to the interconnecting door!! It took all night and into dawn before we were relocated into another room with a door that allowed access to each others room... quite important when you have 3 children. Until then, all 5 of us slept in one room for the first night of the 2 nights booked!! Our new room had issues with the door lock sensor.... so a maintenance problem all round. Once the issues were sorted however, everything else was smooth. Decent enough breakfast for European and Arab tastes. Spacious rooms, well decorated. One thing to note... reception staff are excellent - polite, well mannered and want to get things sorted for you. It’s just unfortunate the maintenance staff struggle. I’d recommend on the basis the maintenance issues were a one off issue.
TTrail68002471547Located about 10 minutes ride from AlHaram. Offering hourly shuttle bus to and from AlHaram. Reception staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very clean and modern. Furniture is new. The room is average sized but OK. Washroom is too small. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely put it a top choice for my future stays in Makkah.
