The hotel is really nice kind of 4star, my mum with wheelchair and its really wheelchair friendly. Clean and the staff very friendly. 100% will visit again this hotel.

Overall happy with my stay as it provides parking lot. What i love the most is that it is cheap hotel but spacious esp entering the room for 3 pax. Didn’t managed to take a proper pictures of the room but here is the screenshot from the video that i took. For 1 night stay, i think is fine. Location wise, is more of Chinese area, few distance to Jonker walk as well. Will def come back if I’m staying for short days. Pls bring or purchase ur own Colgate & toothbrush as the hotel don’t provide, thats all.

The room is old and lacks maintenance though the location is good, within walking distance to Jonker Street.

Funny putting iron board at the corridor not hygiene. The toilet cover with cigarette 🚬 burn 🔥 mark change it la. At night shower. Lot of small bugs flying around on top of the ceiling I guess this room didn’t do weekly deep cleaning 🧼. Bed was ok. But I bring my own mosquito 🦟 spray so is fine . Towels. Is very personal use Don’t need to fold and place on bed. My suggestion. And also no 🩴🩴🩴 for guests. No tissue in room also. Air conditioner is strong enough . Super Hot 🥵 weather. 🌦️ don’t think you want to walk ok. Just get a cab 🚕

Location wise was great, plus parking provided. Famous satay celup is 5min walking distance.

5/5 Stars!! Everything was perfect, the price is super friendly and yet the service is amazing. The room is very good as well. Will come back here whenever im back in Melaka in the future.

Overall good, can improved on the cleanliness, adding extra tv channel especially for kids, & repair whatever should be repair.

Location is great as it nearby jonker street but the parking lot is insufficient.

good service. just forgot to tidy room on one day by mistake. tidied room quite quickly within 15 mins.

Superb location and convenient to any places

I have strayed at Hotel Arissa quite a few times, since 2022. So far I enjoy my stay there very much. It's near to Jonker Walk, and easy access to anywhere in Malacca. Staff are friendly, hotel is clean and neat. There is a water dispenser at the lift lobby on each floor. Ample parking space around the hotel. Hotel Arissa is definitely my 1st choice whenever I visit Malacca.
