Overall ok. Good location walking distance to riverside. Cleanliness can be improve. Got iron but no iron board in the room however they provide iron room at each floor i guess. Ok for short trip stay 👍🏻

I love the place so clean and beautiful. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my window, which added to the overall ambiance of relaxation and luxury.

Nice service since I have checked in and room service but the room is not good enough because of the air conditioner was not working Nice reception pretty lady assisted me moving to a new room but that toilet has some problems Hope the hotel owner can improve facilities soon

The hotel location at Riverside Melaka, Jalan Munshi Abdullah Kg Melaka, Melaka. The room is clean and tidy. The king bed not comfortable. The hotel need to get a new bed. (We stay not for free we paid for the price). Parking is free provided by the hotel. Air-conditioning is cold. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance. Deposit rm50 for checking in to the hotel.

Poor in cleaniness, cups full of stains. Shower cream was empty when I check in. Hotel needs upgrading badly. Melaka is a nice place. There is no hair dryer too. Very noisy air con until cannot sleep.

the front desk service is good and friendly staf. Easy and fast check in and check out procedure. Although it is an old hotel, facilities still well maintained. air cond was very cold and could not adjust the temperature😆. strategic location. Near to Cendol Pengkalan Hulu and Jonker Street. love it. If have the opportunity, will come back to the hotel

the hotel room is ok but the location is not easy to access the front desk is only until 11pm

Good location for those who wants to visit Jonker Walk just a stone throw away.My room at 7th storey facing the riverside is superb view especially during night. The hotel is a bit old but the rooms are spacious and it located by the River Melaka , very convenient if you want to have a river cruise and drinking bars just opposite the river.

Very good location although it's an old hotel. Walkway carpet is old but room is spacious. But not sure why no toilet roll is provided. There's basement parking which is good for those driving.

Everything is good from the counter services until the room condition, all satisfied. Only to suggest to improve the toilet door because it can’t lock. My kid can easily slide in to the toilet when searching for his mom. However this hotel deserves 3 star rating for their services. Recommended for budget travelers.

Everything needs to be improved a little more. Only takeaway is that the location is pretty good and the AC at the lobby is very cold.

The room was quite good compared to the price we paid. The service was excellent and everything was working well. Good location and an enjoyable stay. Will come again.😃
