Service is excellent! Room is clean and spacious. The staff are very accommodating. Bed could be a bit softer.

the people are very nice.. food is a bit lacking. but we had a pleasant stay. it is near Robinsons and outlet stores. thanks trio for provising discounted price!

The breakfast is so so but the service of this hotel is very good.

Nice and good room

The room is clean, there are disposable supplies, the room has a bit of a damp smell, but the rest is okay. Breakfast has few choices, but is filling. The best thing is that there is a free shuttle service from nearby parks. If you need to go to any nearby company, a car will be there at any time. There are supermarkets and outlet stores just a few minutes away, making shopping convenient.

The environment is very quiet

First time at Batangas with my family and stayed at Holiday Inn for overnight , warm welcome at the lobby and check in smoothly and gave us 2 rooms which is close to each other. The room is clean and the bed is so comfy. The Outlet shop and different restaurants near by . The hotel doormens are so polite and helpful, help us to take our family pictures . Definitely will come back for more days of stay because we love Batangas… Thank you Holiday Inn staff for our comfortable stayed.

Rooms is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant meals (breakfast) only three main meals available, but the food was very good. The coffee at the lobby was EXCELLENT, WOW AND LOVE IT. Offers free shuttle to outlet stores. Enjoyed my stay

My wife and I were interested in booking one of the Lima Park Hotel venues, so we contacted to inquire about rates. However, the responses we received could have been more helpful and brief, which suggested that the staff were not interested in accommodating our needs. As a result of our poor experience, we have decided not to book our vacation at Lima Park Hotel. We hope that the management at Lima Park Hotel will take the necessary steps to improve their customer service standards and demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Lima Park Hotel was clean and the location was convenient with easy access to malls, restaurants and nearby attractions. One of the standout features in our room was bathtub. It was spacious and kids enjoyed a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. But it’s quite expensive especially considering it didn’t include breakfast. However, it excelled in terms of cleanliness and had a great location.

Stayed at Lima Park Hotel from August 4-6, 2023 for our midyear conference and I can say that we have a great experience from start to finish! The staffs are super accommodating especially Sir Nonie! He can just asked his staff to help us with the luggages but then he proceed to help us enthusiastically and he makes sure that all the guests are well taken care of. Their rooms are clean and cozy. They have a hot and cold shower which I love!! Their buffet breakfast was also good and they are making sure that the food trays are always full so you don’t have to worry about getting ran out of food and there’s a lot of options to choose from!! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I’m hoping to come again but this time with my family!

Arriving at the hotel was out of the ordinary! For us, they have set a very high standard of customer service- 10/10! As we stepped in, we were greeted and helped by their amazing staff with our luggages and the receptionists were very approachable. Their lobby was set beautifully with Christmas decorations. I could barely point out any issues at the hotel because you’ll fall in love with the care and initiatives they show to their guests. Their breakfast buffet was sufficient and lovely. Our room was very homey, spacious, well-lit and comes with complete toiletries and complimentary stuffs. We were situated at the lower level of the building and was blessed to be near their great-looking swimming pool. Their complimentary shuttle service was spectacular! We would not be able to enjoy the nearby establishments with their generous assistance. I highly recommend Lima Park Hotel to those who’d like to experience a great hotel-quality service! Great job to all who made our stay enjoyable and fun!

Our family spent 2 nights here and it was a memorable staycation for us. Julie of Front Desk was friendly and pleasant. Though my son's birthday celebration didn't go exactly as planned due to the hard rain and strong wind, we were still lucky to have some food delivered. 😊 Despite the intermittent cable and internet interruptions, my kids found a way to kill the boredom by drawing and playing with the balloons they have set up in the room. They also take a bath often because they use the bathtub. My husband and I loved the hearty and yummy breakfast. Rose of Housekeeping was always helpful and accommodating. We were also glad that the hotel has a shuttle service and a newly renovated pool with a play area beside it. My boys didn't want to leave the poolside anymore. They had an amazing time and were really glad we were there for the long weekend. Glad to have met the efficient and hardworking manager, Mr. Nonie Inciong who treated us very well. Thank you Nonie for the warm hospitality and for making our stay a very special one, indeed. It was absolutely a memorable vacation for me and my whole family. The experience was exciting and something new, staycation away from the metro. I give Limapark Hotel a 5 stars! You're sure to #haveagreatstay at Limapark Hotel.
