Jain food service and taste is very good. Mahi gave very good service at room. Ambience in the resturant and rooms service was very good. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Suddenly on short notice I planned my trip to Manali and while doing my bookings I got in touch with Mr. Vijay who is manager over there, he has done everything so smoothly that I was already very excited, he ensured me that he will take care of everything personally (I was in doubt but still trusted). When we reached there everything was so well organised that I was amazed - smiling faces, superb cleanliness, easy check in and perfectly settled room. Mr. Vijay was personally taking care of everything which was unbelievable. We stayed there for 4 days and his hospitality is 10/10. We highly recommend sterling to make your Manali trip memorable. Checking on 18th of june 2024. We had a great and wonderful time in the hotel. The foods and the services was excellent. Amazing staff and friendly attitude. The hotel room is very beautiful and clean. Great atmosphere and amazing view from the hotel. Entertainment were very nice and we had an amazing night. Highly recommended. (Rating 100%)
