Wouldn't recommend. When check in staff wasn't friendly or helpful. Left me standing there and served everyone before me that spoke portuguese. Room was awful AC was terrible, it was loud, and I could hear everything from everyone's room beside and upstairs, outside.. when asked to move room they said they were fully booked but lied because when the agency called they were then able to move us room.. beds are very uncomfortable. Breakfast is terrible. Found egg shells in my eggs both mornings, the eggs were oily, not much food to choose from and flavor was bad for everything. I wouldn't return. Location wasn't great either.

Excellent value. The breakfast is the strongest point by far with a solid array of foods, drinks and nibbles. The room was a decent size with AC and TV. The water pressure was great and was of course hot. Soaps and towels provided, though there was no hairdryer. However, the room did contain a large fridge and full mirror. The only real negative is the WiFi. It basically doesn't work enough to load more than a Google page. The speed test showed between 3-6 megabytes per second throughout the hotel, so no online video calls I'm afraid. That said, for the price paid, one can't complain. The value is exceptional. Note that the fitness centre contains very old mostly broken equipment, though the pool looks nice enough.

Great hotel with affordable prices. With swimming pool and gym. Really a great hotel to recommend if you are in the area.

Dirty room, cockroaches, bed sheets with hair and water leaks everywhere in the hallways

The hotel was wonderful, but the bed left something to be desired. They put 2 single beds together to pass it off as a double bed. The beds were separated all the time and we were all about to fall out.

The hotel has undergone a change of management. It is a service hotel, for those who come to work and want to sleep. The breakfast is simple, but of excellent quality. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful.

Cozy place, air conditioning working perfectly, wonderful service, place right in the center of Manaus

Hotel well located, clean and organized, good structure, just the issue of the elevator that should be checked, and the air conditioning in the reception and waiting room, but very well organized. Good reception. Congratulations to Ezequiel, the receptionist, and the girl who helped us as soon as we arrived at the hotel. If you see any other complaints, discard them, as we have observed that some guests who can afford top hotels go there, sometimes demanding even more than what is in the contract, congratulations on the full breakfast.

Average reception, breakfast leaves something to be desired, the bathroom has a horrible smell in the return pipes, I had to change rooms and it didn't help much, the shower head comes out a lot of water but splashes everywhere, wetting and bathing the walls more.
