I would definitely stay here again. The staff were absolutely wonderful and always helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and pet friendly. The breakfast was always good.

I’m going two stars because of the convenience in location to the airport and the shuttle service that they provide. To start- the shuttle was great; I actually prefer that you have to call and request the ride when you land, rather than “the shuttle is there every half hour.” It meant that I only waited for about five minutes and got to the hotel fairly quickly. Check in was easy, the person working the front desk was pleasant enough- but (I know this sounds nit picky) did not thank me for being a diamond member, or give me the complimentary water and snacks that Diamond members are supposed to get at check-in. It seems superficial to mention, but it’s a matter of attention to detail and customer service. My room was standard- exactly what I needed for just spending one night in Manchester. However, it wasn’t very clean. There were dirt chunks (I hope) on the carpet, the tub had a film in it, and when I showered it didn’t drain properly. The biggest issue for me, though, was that although I had booked a non-smoking room, it smelled like someone before me had either been smoking in the bed or someone right outside the room was smoking through the night. The smell was so strong that it kept me up for a good portion of the night.

One night stay in a standard suite. The space was well appointed and met our needs after a long day with family and friends. Close to the airport but never heard a sound. Did not use the pool. Breakfast was complimentary with a good selection of options. Very pleasant front desk experience. My only complaint was that the A/C was not evenly distributed between the rooms. The living room was much colder than the bedroom. Heard the same thing from our daughter. The bed was a bit creaky in room 420. Great spot for families.

I had a very last minute cancellation due to a snowstorm. They still charged me (which is fine) but I never received an itemized receipt which I need for work. I tried calling the front desk and it literally rang for over 30 minutes straight with nobody answering the phone. I tried contacting their sales department and only got voicemail. I tried calling the reservation line and they tried calling the hotel and still no answer. I have now been calling for another 20 minutes and still nobody is answering the phone. I expected better as a Hilton member, but this location sucks.

This is my second time at this hotel and both times I slept so good. Everyone is nice. The only complaints I have is two things, first the juice for breakfast is so watered down that it tastes like water with color. This is the only hotel that I have ever been to that waters it down so bad. Second it’s such a nice property and looking out the window I could see a door and it needed to be painted. It’s an eye sore for a nice property. A little paint will make it look nice. My only real complaint is the juice. Out of all the hotels I stay at this is my favorite one.

First I was woken super early by what sounded like a kennel of dogs in the adjoining room. This went on for almost an hour. When I attempted to call downstairs to front desk, my phone did not work. Then my bathroom door stuck so badly that when you pulled it open it sounded like a bomb and I. Pretty sure that's what triggered the dogs to bark. When I went down to address this to the front desk there was nobody around for almost a half hour. And then the doosey, this one is my FAVORITE! Bugs, or centipedes I should say. They were everywhere in the am. Or at least that's when I noticed them because when I got into my room I was exhausted because there was zero parking so I was told to pArk across the st at there sister hotel and that was quite the wall/work out for me. I have recently had open heart surgery and heart issues. I am including some pictures of the bugs. And to top it off I sent an email to the manager and she won't even go e me so much as a hello sorry to hear it. Very discussed. I even told her if I don't hear from her I will be writing a review and plastering this everywhere. And still nothing. I mean this a Hilton not the econo Lodge where that is to be expected.

The rooms were clean, neat and aesthetically pleasing. The old lady on the front desk on dayshift is not that smiley or fake atleast especially for hospitality services. Service for other crew were fine. Location was quite and could see the plane from time to time. Pool is under renovation as of writing and you would be directed to the marriot across the street. Nearest Restaurants are a mile away from the suite. Although it frustrates us a bit that their shampoo has run dry, their utensils were clean so it was fine. Free breakfast here. They offer shuttle service to the airport

Unbelivable how much repair work was needed in the common spaces. Two large portions of the rear fence were broken down leaving access to the airport grounds !!! One crash bar on a fire door was missing a piece covering the mechanism just waiting for tiny fingers !!! The door to the "Food Prep" room looked as it had not been cleaned for months !!! I have pictures of all.

Hilton needs to remove their brand from this property! We were fortunate to receive one of the recently renovated rooms, but "renovated" simply means new sofa, new carpet, new light fixtures, new paint and artwork. The Air Conditioning system isn't functioning correctly in our room resulting in a room which is perpetually uncomfortably warm. Cleanliness is substandard at this property. Prior to using any of the dishware or flatware, we ran the whole batch through the dishwasher and wiped out the cupboards. At check-in, there were food crumbs on the chairs in our kitchenette and stray blueberries on the floor, which was interesting. Bathroom grout is downright frightening. None of the windows in our one-bedroom suite will close and latch properly. One of the four windows is in imminent danger of falling inward onto the floor. Despite this being a completely non-smoking property, our room smells of old cigarette smoke. While I can certainly appreciate this being a "pet-friendly" hotel, there needs to be a bit more care taken to ensure any pet messes are dealt with and cleaned up. Our room had a large area of dried feces on the bottom corner of one curtain in the bedroom next to the bed. This experience is completely atypical of the Hilton Homewood Suites brand, and it would be in Hilton's best interest to divest themselves of this property as, despite renovations, this place is still not a good reflection of the brand. No, we'll never be back.

Great hotel! Brand new suites that are spacious, clean and up to date. Our room was fantastic. Huge shower and full kitchen. It was comfortable and safe. There is free parking and ample parking at that. Great staff at the front desk.

The hotel was fine, but not up to the level I've come to expect from Homewood Suites. For example, we stayed on the second floor, but there was no signage indicating which rooms were which direction. Despite allegedly being a non-smoking hotel, the ********* smell was so pervasive we had to run the A/C full time so that my wife could sleep. Also, we were told they would clean the room every third day, but we didn't see any staff over a five day stay. Good thing, because the "Do not disturb" sign was missing. Again, if it were an off brand $50/night hotel this sort of thing would be expected, but at more than three times that, and at a Homewood Suites, it was very disappointing.

Go elsewhere. Checked in for 3 nights, and right away saw the piece of paper saying the pool would not be available until the 26th of July. If you wanted to use the pool at the hotel across the street, you needed to contact front desk to make a reservation!!!! It's the middle of July and your pool is not available. I don't book a hotel with a pool to use another hotels pool. Breakfast ok, but nothing great. On the mirror in bathroom is said Complimentary Housekeeping by Request. To request a stay over cleaning or just a few extra towels, simply call or stop by the from desk. The second day I went to front desk and asked for housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was done only after 3 days. Then take that sign down. Woman at desk asked if I wanted some towels, and I said yes, but said I was on my way out. The response I got was well just stop by on your way back. Couldn't even sent them up. When checking out, obviously a manager was talking to front desk rep. Both said are you checking out and I said yes. Neither one of them asked how my stay was. Construction all over this hotel as well. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from instead of this one. I am Hilton Honors member and this is why I chose this, big mistake!!!
