I could stay here very comfortably. Staff were all friendly and plite. The room is enough spacious to open big carry case, and there are one big sofa and one double size bed, and long table that I could put bottles and cosmetics. I could buy bottle of water and icecream from vending machine on the basement floar, It was so convenient for me. Thank you so much!

It is a clean and easy-to-reach hotel. The floors and ceilings make noise but I was not bothered. I can't say anything about it as I haven't tried their food. Thank you for the interest of the staff.

Excellent hotel 5/5. I would only add a little more lighting in the main room.

There is a big bed and a small bed, but the room is air-conditioned, which is good in summer. There is not enough heating in cold weather, and the hot and cold water in the bathroom is hot and cold.

The guy is staying temporarily while studying. The rooms are generally small.

The environment is average, the deposit is not refunded, not recommended

The cleaning is very poor. It is required to clean the room every day, but the full trash can can be disposed of every three days. Many places are also moldy. The air conditioner is often turned off automatically.

Very good reception. Very well placed. Calm neighborhood.

Great location only 20mins walk from the arndale etc. The car park was reasonably priced at £6 for 24 hrs, bear in mind it’s not very big. The hotel is just what you expect from a premier inn no frills but clean and tidy. The only downside was the miserable git who checked us it.

Outstanding reception staff. 5 star for them! Stayed on 30th December to watch Hamilton for a 40th birthday celebration, and one gentleman in particular who checked us in really made it feel special. Sorry we didn't catch your name. Marked down to 3 star as the room is very tired and dated, with suspicious stains! The bed was clean, comfortable and a great night's sleep. The secondary glazing ensured no noise from outside despite the central location. Couldn't fault for the price and location.

As the title states, we had no hot water for the duration of our stay and a staff member decided to bang on every door in our corridor at 0100, apparently trying to root out a smoker. Wouldn’t recommend, fortunately they’re shutting down in a fortnight permanently.

Unlike normal Premier Inns, my room had an uncomfortable bed. Sleep further impaired by noisy air con in the room. TV about 10 years old, extract didn't extract in bathroom. Building looks like a prison from the outside, not appealing when in an unfamiliar city.
