Next to the hotel is the Adel Shopping Center and Selfridges, which is very convenient for shopping. It is quiet in a busy area and the hotel service is also very good. The room is relatively large. The breakfast tastes average and is more Western. When booking a room, you can consider not including breakfast and buy it when you need it, so as not to waste it because it does not suit your appetite. Because it is in the central area, you need to wait for 10-15 minutes to take a taxi. Overall, I am quite satisfied and will stay here again next time I come to Manchester.

Very, very considerate hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff enthusiastically and in detail introduced how to use the items and facilities in the room. It really felt like home! The hotel is in a great location, the decoration is exquisite, and the fragrance is also relaxing and comfortable. It is the most worthwhile hotel in Manchester! 👍👍👍

the best hotel in Manchester. My family and relatives enjoyed the whole couple day's in Manchester with fency gentle staying at this hotel. starting from the flower door welcome champagne and exclusive reception. the location is the most convenient city center. walk distance to all interest places and shopping mall. the decorations are pretty new and modern luxury style. rooms are clean big and warm as home. Especially gratitude to Miss Kathyryn Chan who helps my teenage son with great efforts on the delivery coordination of football shoes. it deeply impressed the young generation as a good example of manner and conduct.

The room layout is very strange, there is a big bed when you push the door, the room is very big. There is a path and a wall outside the window, so it is basically opaque.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Manchester. main sights and shopping all within a short walking distance. Greeted with a glass of extremely good champagne on arrival and the service was excellent. Though it might be classed as expensive, the service and the location means that this hotel will be our first choice on our return to Manchester.
