The New Novotel expected to be clean due it is a new one. I found food and Services needed to improve a lot. Our family is dissatisfied with Buffet Breakfast where food is repeated many times and not happy with salty food such as beef. I am comparing buffet Breakfast from Kingsford Hotel and other Hotels our family have stayed for 4 weeks . Also on our last day I noticed a short of staff and also poor cleaning services on Dinning area . There are staff who are friendly but others seems not happy on what the job they are doing especially the lady who was requested to clean the table it is kind of turned off . She was cleaning the plates in front of everyone as I have not seen this on other hotel putting out scrap food in front of everyone. Aren't they suppose to take the plates and do this in the kitchen area ? 🤔

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

When I came to check in on the first day, I waited for 2 hours. I said that on Trip.com, agoda and other online platforms they had cancelled the reservation but I don't know why I can still book it. The room is relatively small and the health condition is pretty good. Sound insulation is not good. I didn't know it was like this in the local area. They didn't provide quilts. I asked the front desk and they said they didn't. They only provided a place to stay. The waiters are very polite.
