My second visit in past one year. Anush at front desk helped correct the wrong choice of room that I made during booking and helped correct the same. Sudeep and Nupur provided excellent help during breakfast. And Sudeesh had thoughtful words during checkout. Room is clean and comfortable. You are doing everything right. Continue this tradition.

The location and in-room dining service of Goldfinch is very good. However, I didn't feel I got value for the money I paid. There was no Free WiFi and the cost of paid WiFi was quite ridiculous. Amenities like drinking water and even toilet paper were not restocked and had to be asked for. I wouldn't stay here again, especially since I can get these basic amenities without asking at cheaper hotels nearby.

Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. Good location, nice rooms, good staff. Good for weekend stay. I stayed for 1 night in luxury room no.12. Please note senior citizen not stay in room no.32 the block is not senior citizen friendly it has a short sloppy ramp plus in room 32 the bathroom has hard door closer( who on earth attaches a door closer to bathroom?). Priyanka is the girl to look out for as we were alloted the room no32 my mother has severe leg problems and was like very tough for her in that block and room. But Priyanka changed our room to room no12. Thanks to her. Resort is full of nature Ll around with a boating in beautiful river. They also have an Electric riksha to drop senior citizens to the pool which is river touch. Over all I liked the place but please avoid room no.32 if travelling with senior citizens.
