Great hotel! Convenient parking (locked with gates), clean, good amenities (iron, fridge, coffee maker with coffee and teas, hairdryer, iron, shared microwave), very good breakfast (cereals, yogurt, fruits, waffles, eggs and sausage patties, bagels and cream cheese). Also, it has onsite restaurant with a 50% dining offer for guests.

The breakfast was good and the service was good. Opposite the Redondo beach pier, there are many seafood restaurants, very fresh and delicious. Parking costs $ 27 per night. There was no quilt on the bed, only the blanket, very hard and uncomfortable. Ask the service staff to add a quilt, or a hard blanket. The room is quite big and the bathroom is small.

The location is great, with many restaurants and stores close by. The hotel what you would expect, it serves its purpose. The room were clean but dark, not enough lighting for my taste. There was a strong sewer smell coming up from the shower. There was the same smell in my friends room, luckily ours wasn't as strong as theirs. The breakfast area does have a few items but it's very expensive. You are better off walking to the Starbucks across the street. The biggest problem was housekeeping. Two out of the 3 days that we were there there was no housekeeping service even when we requested in the front desk. When we called (3rd day) to complain the manager that they were short staffed and housekeeping was every other day. That didn't make sense because by that logic we would've had the service on the first and third days. Then we questioned why this policy wasn't explained upon check in, or when we requested the service. The manager got defensive and started yelling at my wife on the phone. We then requested towels from him which were never delivered. I had to call and talk to someone else to get the towels. Checking out there was one person at the front desk so I just handed my key card, needed to catch a flight. To my surprise the bill was charged wrong so had to call to get it straighten out. No one returned my call after I disputed the charges. I had to get in contact with Marriott customer service for it to get resolved. It seems the hotel's staff is either overwhelmed or just don't care. The encounter with the manager over the phone really put a sour taste. Location - located on Figueroa Street across the street from the USC campus. Proximity to USC is the biggest winner for this Radisson. Accommodations - The lobby was basic, one story with a small front desk and small pool antey. The gym was basic with 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals and weights up to 35 OK lbs.. The rooms are decent size and well maintained with nice decor. The bathrooms can stand to be updated though. Service - The front desk folks are OK but the hotel policies really bring it down overall. We stayed at the hotel during move in week and weekend (5 days 4 nights) but were not given a water bottle like everyone else, that was weird. We received some Amazon boxes while there and were charged $5/box after the 3rd box but were not told in advance from the hotel that they would charge us, so they basically held the packages I ordered for my daughter's move in hostage.

Giving this five stars as it was better than I expected. I knew we would be far from the beach, but got an ocean view room anyway. Pleasantly surprised by how much of the water we could see, and on the fourth floor was not as noisy as I feared. With door and windows closed, could barely hear the PCH. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked well (though a tad loud), and fridge kept drinks cold. The included breakfast was simple but had enough variety, and there was enough seating. Though the first morning there was a group that had already finished eating when we arrived, and were still there when we left. Being right on PCH, access in and out of the parking lot needs to be approached with caution. Parking was $15 a day but was under cover and secure. Nice sun desk for those rooms that did not have their own deck. Location great, grocery and drug store right across street. About a 20 minute walk to beach. Quite a few places to eat just a short walk away.

Perfect place for a shuttle airport hotel! Shuttle very 15 minutes and a great place to prepare for a trip. Pool and bar is nice. Spent way more on drinks and food than I imagined but not much around… it was fair in the end. Great bar staff.

We just returned home from our vacation at Hermosa Beach. I am so glad I chose Beach House Hermosa for our hotel! We loved everything about our stay. The room and the cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was a huge plus. We chose an ocean front room on the third floor as this was a retirement celebration for me and a friend so splurged a bit. The friendliness of the entire team was superb. We were greeted each time we entered or left the hotel, and whenever we passed any employee. The front desk staff is to be commended for showing genuine interest in us. Plus that valet team - Wow! They took care of us for our car, beach chairs and towels and were always so kind. I told my husband this evening that the team at Beach House Hotel is truly a team and their service is equal to a finely trained Ritz hotel team, but on a more casual natural manner. Kudos to all! We will return to this hotel on the beach and on The Strand for any future visits to Hermosa Beach.

Let's talk about the shortcomings first. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not good, and the sound upstairs can be heard clearly downstairs. Besides the advantages: 1. Good location! The hotel is on the pier. It is very convenient to go to the sea. When you eat, there are many seafood restaurants at the door. There is no Chinese food nearby. 2. The environment is good! The balcony directly sees the bay, there are boats, kayaks, seagulls, seals, dolphins, and the ecology is excellent! 3. Good service! On the day of check-in, I gave the wrong room. After communicating with the hotel, I changed to a sea view room. The buddies at the front desk were very enthusiastic. I used a translator abroad to answer all my questions! 4. Important point: Talk about the ocean view room. First of all, choosing this hotel or not choosing the ocean view room is the significance of living here. The ocean view room must be the Supreme Ocean View Room, because on the second and third floors, you can see the sea outside the bay. The one-bedroom sea view room I booked was on the first floor, and I could only see the view of the bay, but it was also great, and I will stay next time!

we liked the property it ws nice , breakfast was excellent and the one who served it in the morning the lady was excellent.Overall its nice my only request please see that the parking charges bring it down to $10 instead of $16 per day , Otherwise location ,rooms were clean , all appliances were in good working condition and clean , We have another event coming up in October 2022, Will consider and we need atleast 6 to 8 rooms. Hope they give us a good rate so we can do the needfull. Jacob
