Manila Binondo Hotels

I had a wonderful trip staying at this hotel I arrived early in the morning, at first, hotel’s staff told me that there will be PHP 1000 additional fee for early check in but eventually they didn’t charge me, I really appreciated this ☺️ The location is in center of Manila with multiple choice of public transport, food,… and there also is a 711 convenient store next to the hotel so it’s super convenient whenever I wanted to buy stuffs I will come back to this hotel for my next trip 👋

The service is very good and very accommodating. The place itself is good, its located in Chinatown, so experiencing local Chinatown area becorms very convenient. A lot of restaurants to eat nearby as well. The distance to lucky Chinatown/1688 is also acceptable, just a tricycle away!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. what we noticed is the nice interior design of their lobby at the 4th floor and the friendly staff. We liked that they also have sauna facilities and an inner patio/park at the 5th floor that serves as the view of surrounding rooms. My kids loved their calamansi drink during breakfast. It is also convenient that the hotel has a connecting way to Lucky Chinatown Mall..Few things that we noticed that they can improve on would be: -Their breakfast selection (maybe add cereals for kids) - TV cable needs auto configure everytime you turn them on -Spa area needs to be maintained and should have at least 1 staff manning the place. Given a chance, we will be staying again in the future.

Pro: convenient location right across shopping malls. Good sized room and bathroom, staff are very helpful and accommodating. There's a Chinese restaurant and they are open until very late at night. You can also get a Chinese massage. Housekeeping cleaned up almost daily. Con: most customers smoke so it sometimes smells like cigarette smoke even in the room. The room could have used a deep cleaning as the floors looked clean but weren't in reality. The floor tiles design camouflaged dirt so well that if you walk around barefoot, your soles will look black in no time. (Good they provide room slippers) If you're sensitive to noise, the weekends will probably bother you as there's a KTV in the building and we could hear it in our room on the 8th floor. There were also construction sounds throughout our stay.

It was amazing an experience! They showcases the true Filipino hospitality. Never entered the hotel lobby without their welcoming greeting and smiles. Always offer help and making sure we had a great day. There was no mini fridge ( needed due to insulin medications) and microwave but they're more than willing to assist and use their kitchen fridge.

Its our third time booking in that hotel and we like it as its cheaper but the rooms are clean and accessible to all food hub. However the receptionist on that day is not friendly and insist i still need to have 500 deposit. Though on my 1st and 2nd visit orher friendly receptionist just only ask for my id and its all ok.

Stay and location is decent for the price. I booked a room with free breakfast only to find out that they don't serve such.

The hotel lacks parking space and we were only asked to park along the street. Which does not ensure the safety of our vehicle. But the room is nice and tidy.

It was nice but one thing I was thinking about it was the man is used cigarettes. Not good for others.
