During the Spring Festival, we stayed at the Meihao Lizhi Hotel (Maoming High-speed Railway Station) in Maoming. It was refreshing: First, there was a warm service. I lost a charger for my Huawei computer in the hotel. I was in a hurry to check out at around 8:20 am on the 19th because I had a class at 9 am. When I arrived at school, I found that I didn't bring my charger. I called the hotel front desk at 8:56 to confirm. The hotel front desk also told me that I should go to the hotel front desk to report my name and phone number to get my charger that day. However, when I went to the hotel front desk to look for my charger that night, the front desk clerk, the duty manager on duty in the morning, and the cleaning lady on duty all said that they didn't find my charger and shirked their responsibilities with various reasons. So far, there has been no reply. They could only tell me that they would give me a clear reply from their leader on the morning of the 20th, but I have not received any reply from the hotel. The hotel 🏨 is in an excellent location, with Cultural and Creative Street nearby. I happened to catch up on that blind date show, so I went to watch it with my friends. There were so many people and it was so lively haha 😆 The lady at the front desk was very nice and enthusiastic ❤️🔥. Excellent! Because the typhoon cannot cross the Qiongzhou Strait, I stayed in Maoming for two nights. I have not stayed in such a comfortable and cost-effective hotel for a long time. Before leaving, they reminded us to be careful not to go to places with deep water due to heavy rain. It was really considerate. There is a gym on the third floor. Although it is small, it is well-equipped. It provides free water, towels, storage boxes, air conditioning, and TV for screencasting. Parking spaces are a bit tight. There will be space on the ground after a while. If there is no space, you can go to the underground garage, but it is not connected to the hotel and you need to walk a short distance. The front desk lady was very friendly and took it upstairs in person, enthusiastically helping to solve various problems (such as: catching the sea, hotel members, etc.), and also sent a New Year's commemorative gift + welcome fruit. The hotel is near Wanda Plaza, it is very convenient to order takeaway, there is robot service. The 7th floor of the hotel is a restaurant + starry sky dining bar. The restaurant has breakfast, afternoon tea, and a bowl of noodles late at night 🍜. A 10% discount coupon for the starry sky dining bar is also given. The starry sky dining bar has alcohol, milk tea coffee, snacks! It's quite convenient. In addition, the hotel's sanitation and cleanliness are in place, the lighting is good, all kinds of toiletries are provided, and all aspects are intimate. The hotel is very new, the room especially the bathroom is relatively large, the toiletries are also good, and the shower set is very user-friendly. I found a problem during the check-in process. BBB_ChingThe location is remote and there are no shops in the area, so it is difficult to find good restaurants. We also don’t want to eat the hotel buffet or Chinese food. Just outside the village, there is nothing.
Service: My husband had diarrhea in the middle of the night and went to the front desk to ask if there was any antidiarrheal medicine. He also asked if there was a water temperature thermometer, but there was none. I asked Xibuchi to do it in the room and waited for almost half an hour before he came. The service is not up to five-star standards, and the attitudes of the front desk and guest service operators are not friendly enough.
Facilities: The basic hardware is five-star standard. The pavilions and water terraces in the park are well landscaped. There is nothing interesting except the hot springs. There is no indoor heated swimming pool, and there are not many play areas for children. Not even pet-friendly.
We went on Valentine's Day. Because there were many people celebrating the New Year and I was pregnant, we just soaked in the room and didn't go to the public pool to join in the fun. I won’t comment on Yushuigu. It still takes a while to walk from the Sheraton Hotel, including the hotel’s spa, which also requires walking to Yushuigu.
All in all, it's a remote place and the service isn't attentive enough. I really don't think it's worth the price. Will not come again!

GGuest UserI went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there.
As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers.
The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed.
The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence.
Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go.
Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.
