From two aspects
1- Judging from the objective evaluation of Rddison Blu, this hotel is very poor.
There are hot holes in the carpet, the balcony door cannot be closed, the bathtub equipment is broken, the water is still yellow, the outdoor swimming pool is too cold to swim, the breakfast is meager, and the cash machine is broken. 3 points.
2-Considering the level of this country, that’s not bad. There are not many decent buildings in Mozambique. To have such a modern international hotel is probably the best choice in the city. It's worse if you don't live anywhere else. 5 points

The Radisson Blu in Maputo is fantastic. It's scenic poolside views, luxurious rooms and full breakfast make this an ideal dpot to refresh on a trip. It is also walking distance from malls, has ocean views, close to restaurants and activities.

I had an exceptional 8 night stay at Radisson.What made my stay exceptional were the staff very hospitality,courteous and friendly -Lucas,Victoria,Uisla,Eunesia,Arsenio,Martin,Elvis,Noemia,Paulo ,Clara,Ishameal,Isaiah,Elio,Jose and Vitorrio 5 star service.

Hotel not in line with the Radisson standards, Restaurant Azul a horrible experience, very disappointing experience for a flying honeymoon weekend experience..

Good hotel in a nice location. Some maintenance needed. The location, right by the seafront, was really nice. The room was spacious and had a lovely wraparound balcony. It would have been nice to have had a comfy chair to use out there though. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. Nespresso machine was a bonus. The pool area was nice, if quite shady and freezing pool temp (it is winter to be fair). The breakfast was very good, lot's of choice and good quality. Lovely staff at breakfast. There were a couple of issues in the room that really should be fixed though, the wardrobe door was hanging on its hinges and this meant the light wouldn't turn off. Also the door to the bathroom was also on it's hinges. We also saw the rooms in the new block at the back, these are more modern but it felt a bit sterile for me, I preferred the seafront rooms.

I stayed here for a couple of days on a business trip. What an amazing and beautiful hotel with great seaside views. Check in was very swift and uneventful. However, the welcoming e.g. assistance with luggage from the car would have been appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. My initial room had a problem with wardrobe doors not opening and closing properly. The maintenance team was not able to fix this immediately and I was moved to another room. The second room was also very nice but the shower was not working! The maintenance team was fortunately able to fix this and I did not have to move to another room! Internet was good but could have been better. The breakfast did not have a lot of variety that I was expecting but it was great nonetheless. The staff were amazing and helpful despite language barriers. In summary, I would say this is an amazing hotel but I would encourage close maintenance to be done so that the hotel is not run down a few years down the line.

We checked in on the 12th of August and checked out on 14th of August. Every morning we had to call reception for bath towels to be sent to our rooms. Something that is part and parcel to be found in any hotel room. We had to also call every morning for milk to be sent to us which was never placed in our room with the tea and coffee. A 5 star hotel in which we got a 1 star treatment. Lastly the pictures they show on their website is a complete misrepresentation. The rooms are not in those two towers that are prominently displayed on the right hand side. There is a third tower which hosts the rooms and is not displayed on their website.

Despite the hotel's good quality and pleasant view, the reception service was terrible. The staff were impolite and unhelpful. When I inquired about why the shuttle to the airport was delayed, they claimed it was because the driver was picking up another guest, which contradicted the information given by our agent. Furthermore, on the afternoon of July 17th, 2024, the receptionist was unprofessional. She assigned me a twin bed, stating that no other rooms were available, and when I explained that I couldn't sleep in a narrow bed, she responded dismissively. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she said he was in a meeting. Overall, the hospitality at the hotel was very disappointing, especially from a Radisson Blu, which I expected to be much better.

I visited Maputo for the first time and spent 2 nights at the Raddison Blu. The check-in process was seamless, the room was spacious with a nice sea-facing view as requested. I must commend the staff for being so friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Armando, Jose (concierge) and Ernesto Casso (Azul) for making my birthday a memorable one. I'll definitely be visiting again for a longer stay. Obrigada Raddison staff.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Great views from the eighth floor. The only drawback was that our 4 family members (all adults) were in rooms on 3 different floors! It made visiting each other difficult because we didn’t have access to the floors other than our own because the elevator would only open at our floor using our key card. Breakfast was excellent - such a selection! And eggs prepared fresh while you waited! If I ever come back to Maputo I would stay here again
