This hotel is aged hotel , the old wings room are too old fashion . I suggest them need to renovation the old wings (JADE)

Really love the buffet breakfast & dinner. Lots of choices & fit every person.

Even though functional, the hotel needs a major refurbishment. Cramped bathroom, old faucets, horrible shower head and no air conditioning (or not turned on). We got a good deal so it’s bearable. But for 40000 yen, it’s not worth your money, although lake facing rooms have pretty view.

The location is good and there is an outdoor hot spring. Buffet breakfast and dinner are rich in variety. The room window overlooks Lake Akan

The attitude of the front staff upon arrival was very bad. If you don't like the hospitality industry, you should just quit... The hot springs and room were very nice. Dinner was okay, probably due to a lack of staff, there was no seating guidance.

The rooms are old, the facilities are old, and the service attitude of the front desk staff is super bad!!! I won’t stay in this hotel again if you treat me for free!!

Because I participated in the Shiretoko Drift Ice, I had to stay in the Utoro Hot Spring area for one night in advance. The bad thing is that there are very few cars entering the hot spring area, and the last bus is very early, so I have to enter early, but the hotel It's pretty good. There are shops, hot springs, and a game area where you can spend some time.

Close to the shore of Lake Akan, there is a walking path along Lake Akan. The rooms in the new building are large and comfortable, while the Japanese-style rooms in the old building are smaller. The outdoor swimming pool has a beautiful view. There are many choices of buffet dishes.

The open-air hot spring on the top floor can overlook the entire Akan Lake. The hotel provides yukata, and men and women can bathe together. Indoor hot springs are divided into men and women, and there are several baths and sauna rooms with different temperatures, which are well-equipped. Breakfast and dinner are all buffets, with rich styles and good taste. The hotel room has a lake view. There is a shuttle bus to the nearby bus station and parking lot.

The buffet menu was extensive and there were many things I wanted to try, but I was disappointed that I couldn't finish them all! It was very delicious. 😊 The rooftop spa is amazing✨I want to go again

Although I wasn't able to fully enjoy the beautiful Lake Akan due to the rainy weather, it was a pleasant stay. Above all, I really liked the hot spring swimming pool on the roof of the building.
