The rudest service from the front desk and restaurant/bar. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I am in the hospitality business and would be horrified if my staff treated guests the way we were treated today. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The Saint George is a hotel like absolutely no other. The staff is phenomenal and so attentive, the food is delicious and the amenities are out of this world. it is a great place to relax after a long day of working in theatre, it has allowed me to process and rest my brain and body. Do not hesitate to book here, Tim and his amazing staff will take such good care of you!

This hotel is amazing!! First the historical aspect is so rich! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our room is so spacious and comes with all of the comforts from home plus some! Robes, slippers, luxurious shampoo, soap and lotion! Large fluffy towels! Great storage and space to work! THE BED! OMG! So comfortable!! The air-conditioner works like a charm which is great being in the desert! The pool and hot tub are fabulous with cabanas for drinks and visiting. Walking distance to many cool Marfa sites! I will stay here again!!!

The Hotel St George is one of the best places to stay in the country. The staff are great, and the rooms, huge and luxurious. I always find that, when I stay here, it seems like home. I'm always remembered by the staff, who are quick to serve me and welcoming/friendly. The beds are amazing. Just the right firmness, and the suites are terrific. My wife and I come here often and this stay, almost two weeks, was truly the best vacation I can imagine. Heartily recommended.

The food in this place was quite good (it's the top restaurant in Marfa), we were a bit early and the restaurant wasn't filled yet, the bar was loud and lively. The decor was upscale old western style. A local had recommended it as their favorite place in town.

It is nice to open the door to a hotel room, and I like everything about the room. It's well appointed with a comfortable bed and places to hang your clothes, and it's stylish. We were there for three nights while visiting art sites in Marfa. There is ample street parking or parking in a lot nearby. The location is perfect, and you can walk to everything around town. The hotel used local art in the hotel and rooms, which is excellent. There is a lovely gift shop off the lobby.

Loved the vibe. All spaces were very clean and well appointed. My mother and I were enjoying a bucket list trip. The staff Maggie, Ryan, Josh and Gigi helped add to the fun and joy of our trip. Maggie remembered speaking to me over the phone and sympathized with our difficult travel to arrive in Marfa. Ryan was knowledgeable about what he was serving in the bar and all presented excellent customer service!!! I appreciate all the amenities. I usually must use my own soaps because of my sensitive skin but not the case at this hotel. The products were non irritating. Yes the pool and fitness area are close but located off site. The walk is one you should take to experience what attracts those to Marfa. I also finally found the perfect towel!!! Where can I buy them? This hotel met all my expectations for a well traveled boutique seeking traveler. Thanks for a memorable, fun, relaxing stay.

While I prefer not to dine at hotels as a general rule, we ate lunch here because there wasn’t much open in Marfa and we found the food to be very good and the staff to be attentive and friendly. The fish and chips were fried to perfection and came out hot and the beer served cold. We had a great lunch at a reasonable price.

We had an AMAZING stay at Hotel Saint George. Really relaxing break before Christmas. Our room was GREAT with a bathtub and seperate shower. Bed is so comfortable, seperate sitting area as well. Staff was very helpful. We only had our room cleaned once (our preference) and housekeeping got right on it. We really LOVE the gym and went daily. It is 1/2 mile away but worth the walk or drive. All staff was exceptional.
