Il cibo scarseggia e la luce salta, ma non è colpa dell'hotel, gli ospiti sono pochi per un buffet abbondante e la corrente spariva su tutta l'isola

The staff were very kind and caring, the pool and green areas were ok, it was all inclusive, the food and drinks were average... The property needs a total remodeling of its facilities, the hot tub and tennis court were completely abandoned as other buildings too. The property needs a power plant with urgency because the power outages in the area.

Wonderful location on one of the nicest beaches on the island but the place is very run down. The staff on the other hand are great and work tirelessly to please the customers. The biggest negative was the food, very little variety and lesser quality.

Lo máximo, lo seguiré viviendo mientras pueda, la comida, las animadoras, los juegos, los bailes son lo máximo. La playa es muy sabrosa y todas las piscinas son las mejores de nuestra isla de margarita. Ya son más de 6 años viviendo este espectacular experiencia

Находимся сейчас в этом отеле! Приехали с семьей на отдых! С первых секунд понимаешь - тебе не рады!((( Нет ни музыки, ни приветственных улыбок, нет коктейлей и фруктов при заселении! Дальше: номера старые (бунгало), все очень обшарпанное, сантехника еле живая, вода не всегда и не везде, электронные замки постоянно размагничиваются - невозможно попасть к себе в номер! Ресторан (питание) - маленький выбор еды , успел на завтрак к 7 утра - повезло, поел каши, задержался - ешь фасоль или то что осталось! Аналогичная история и на обед и на ужин - мясо закончилось и всем наплевать! Сотрудники не умеют или не способны рассчитать необходимый обьем продуктов для присутствующих гостей! (Есть суп - нет ложек, есть молоко - нет хлопьев, есть чай в пакетиках - нет кипятка). 😱 Явно в отеле жесткий режим экономии!(((( нет соли, нет перца, нет бумажных салфеток ………….(((((((((((((( АНИМАЦИЯ - ее НЕТ((( после ужина жизнь замирает. Нет бара на пляже (((( 😡👎 В номерах ходят Тараканы размером с мышь 🤦♂️ На любые обращения - персонал разводит руками!

Ya no es el Hotel Hesperia que era de hace años atrás, la mayoria de las instalaciones estan descuidadas, edificios y restaurantes están cerrados y abandonados, el area que esta restaurada esta bonita, sin embargo las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, decoracion antigua, muebles partidos, el baño no sale suficiente agua y no hay agua caliente. Lo que se salva es la piscina principal que esta chevere y la atención es muy buena. La comida regular, desabrida y repetitiva.

Muy satisfactoria mi estadía, muy buen servicio de habitación, el equipo de animación muy divertidos, atentos, en especial Enzo Marín, super servicial, esperando encontrarlos de nuevo cuando vuelva, regresaría si porque si a este hotel!!
