I would never stay here again. Had to wait an eternity to check in, was given a room that smelled like smoke horribly/. Went to the desk had to wait LITERALLY 30 minutes while the employees there, INCLUDING THE MANAGER, was outside having what they told me was a “meeting “. Finally someone came in and she was super nice—(she was the only good thing about the place). Gave us another room on the other side of the hotel, walked in and it smelled even more of smoke. The room was dirty— I didn’t even want to sit down it felt so nasty. We left. I’ve never had such a bad experience. Horrible.

It was nasty, there were strange people around, SECURITY was not doing their job! It was just an unsafe environment and I was not about to stay there with my 8 year old daughter!

Elevator was very dirty in smelly, no one at the service desk at check out, we found a roach in the bathroom, soap in the bathroom was so small, sheet on bed was dirty with stain. Was just horrible!

I had to be moved 3 times the last room had actually roaches in it the most horrible place I have ever seen I ended up just leaving. The 1st room smelled like smoke. The second room this was the bathroom when u got there, the 3rd room had roaches and just left after that
