This hotel has good service 👍. My friends and I tried the local breakfast and mint tea. But the location is not very easy to find because there is no obvious name sign, you need to look at the house number to find.

The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and didn't overly promote tourism. The room we stayed in faced the main street. At two o'clock in the morning, there were motorcycles roaring. Don't book a double room, especially the one facing the street is noisy and small.

DISAPPOINTED AND SCAM. We stayed one night since as soon as we arrived they told us that we only had to stay for one night, even though we had already made the reservation and payment for 4 nights. This Riad itself, for the price it has, lacks hot water, almost non-existent, as well as electricity in the room. When it came time to close the door, you had the handle in your hand and the cleanliness left much to be desired, as you could see the cobwebs falling from the ceiling. The next morning we found the other Riad that was on a lost street, the terrace was half as small as the room. Windowless room with no closet, a bathroom that even lacked a piece of furniture to place a toiletry bag. Instead of a double bed, two “beds” together, in addition to being hard and impossible to sleep on, turned out to be a sofa mattress with dust in the corners. Searching the Internet for this Riad it cost €125 for four nights and we had paid €300. Even though we were spending a night in the other one, we tried to talk to the guy responsible for it to see if they could find some solution or reward for us, since in addition to the economic difference, the comfort and services of this one were not at all the price paid. Very disappointed since they did not offer us any solution even though they said they “understood” our dissatisfaction. In addition to this, we must add that during our vacation we have to change to another Riad. Also say that on the page they say they speak Spanish and Italian and neither of them speak, just English. This comment is because they have not been able to find a solution or return us some money. We do not recommend it at all since they still make the reservation, have the payment and find that they have no rooms as soon as they arrive!

Riad Full Moon exceeded my expectations. It is located in the Kasbah area of Marrakech and within easy walking distance of most of the Marrakech sites. It is very close to the Saadian Tombs and it is a great area of Marrakech. It has a nice vibe, is quieter than the main medina areas but still has plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The riad is very authentic in design and tastefully decorated. The staff are absolute rightful and nothing is too much trouble. I got an amazing deal on my room, costing £23 inclusive of breakfast. Although not huge the room had a double bed and nice furnishings and was positioned at the front of the property. It had a nice bathroom with shower. The WiFi was excellent. When I returned to the road at the end of my evening out I asked if I could get a drink. The kind gentleman on reception told me it was no problem and he would happily deliver the drink to my room. He arrived at my room a short time later. He had a tray with a small flask of fresh coffee, a small flask of fresh milk and an array of sweets and biscuits. I was so impressed. It was such a lovely touch and greatly appreciated Breakfast the following morning did not disappoint either. It was beautifully presented and very generous. The ladies in the kitchen who prepared it were delightful. The road has a roof terrace and plenty of comfortable places to sit, relax and enjoy your surroundings. I would definitely stay here again for a short stay. A well priced, great value for money option in a superb location.

This was right in the midst of everything. The receptionist was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. It was a very old Moroccan-style home. Not a fancy riad by any means, but comfortable for a short stay. My favorite part-there was air conditioning! It was a little difficult to find, because there was not clear signage. The water pressure for the shower and toilets was very low, but other than that, everything was very nice. The host was accommodating with our need for an earlier breakfast time since we had to leave early the next day for an excursion. If you are on a budget and do not need a more pampered experience, I would recommend this riad.

The place is full of magic. Quiet, clean and excellently attended by Anass, always friendly and making anything easy. Thanks also to the work of Rabiaa, the stay has been unbeatable and I would definitely stay there again. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the square and close at the same time to it and to other places that you definitely have to visit.

Very nicely decorated Riad with a sense of style just a few minutes away from the most renowned historical monuments of the city : Place Jemaa el-Fna, Saddian Tombs, El Badi Palace and walking distance to most other sites of interest, The room was Quiet, clean and comfortable. I would definitelywant to stay in this riad again on my next trip to Marrakech !

We felt cheated. We paid for 4 nights and when we arrived we only had one night in that hotel. They took us to another one about which I don't know what to say. Small dirty room, without windows with a bathroom, to say the least. HORRIBLE. We asked for explanations and they told us What is it, they did not refund us the difference of what we paid. THEFT we could say. DECEPTION..

Excellent welcome with very kind and attentive staff. More particularly Anas who welcomed us and advised us since our arrival. Very clean riad with an ideal location for discovering the city of Marrakech. We recommend this establishment.

Beautiful riad in a relatively quiet location in the Kasbah district. We had a room on the street side the first night, but were very bothered by the noise. For the other 3 nights we got a different room and it was perfect. Cleaning every day, lovely shower, good bed and the room in beautiful stylish colors. Breakfast was fine. Pancakes, various jams, fruit and baguette. It is about a 15-minute walk to the (very busy) Djemaa el Fna square. It is so busy and chaotic there that we loved returning to the Kasbah district. There are also nice shops and restaurants here! The riad is absolutely recommended!

They were very friendly, the breakfasts were incredible... better than a 5-star hotel. They changed our room on the second night for our convenience and we were even more delighted. The unbeatable treatment. We recommend it 100% very good.

The welcome is warm and the team is helpful and smiling. On the other hand, there are hidden taxes, the stay is 20 euros for 2 people, they tell you the airport shuttle is included in the reservation price but that is not true. The floor of the room is quite dirty and is basic. The riad is close to the Jema El Fna square, like 5 minutes on foot. The street of the riad is uninteresting.
