Booked this as a cheaper option to the quarter ladprao. Quiet place that is in a residential estate. They do provide free buggy services to union mall and 7-11 which is quite convenient.

Always good with nice room and excellent service! Will come to stay again and again!

I just finished my second stay at Apartelle. First off, the staff here are the sweetest. From the moment I arrived, they were super friendly. Their warm welcomes and helpful attitudes definitely add to the cozy vibe of the place. The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I needed. The bed! It was insanely comfortable – like, Perfect for those nights when you just want to crash and get a good night's sleep. The location is good too. It's in a great spot that's easy to get to, and they even have a shuttle service which is very convenient for getting around. I’m so glad I found. Already looking forward to my next stay!

I put my mum up in this aparthotel as I live in the area, so it was ultra convenient. The room was delightful and she was really pleased with everything, especially the free snacks (she's diabetic) and the tuktuk to the MRT or BTS (very convenient). The staff were really friendly and whenever I went to pick up my mum, they remembered me, and as she doesn't speak any Thai, she said they were really good at handling all of her requests in English. Thanks for taking care of her!

Had a wonderful stay at Apartelle - it is slightly in a suburban area of Bangkok and getting to Sukhumvit would be a 20mins ride by bike but being away from the city meant it was more peaceful. The neighbourhood had many cafes, bars, near the Union mall area. There was an MRT nearby, the hotel provides a shuttle to the mall and MRT nearby. The receptionists were all friendly, accommodating and sincere. The hotel may not have breakfast but the common area serves self service coffee, snacks and a microwave where you could have your meals. It felt like your very own living room. The rooms were clean, they were constantly ensuring that the housekeeper tops up the towels, water bottles - exceptional service. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a simple and affordable !

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, everything clean and nice. There is a cozy second floor where you can eat and relax, there is also a machine with slots for coffee and hot chocolate, and there are free cookies. The only downsides I can highlight are not the best Wi-Fi and location inside the houses (you need to go through Lotus), but there is a laundry nearby, a large park and several shopping centers, which is very cool.

You can use the shuttle bus from the hotel to some spots around the hotel. Also, the staff was very friendly and kind. Since the equipment in the room is pretty good and enriched, I recommend you to stay several nights.

Really love this hotel and can highly recommend! Good service, friendly staff and clean room with a balcony!! They don’t offer breakfast but have a snacks corner where you can get as much as you want (including cup noodles, biscuits and instant porridge - very generous) and also a free shuttle van service to take you to the malls/ BTS station nearby. I will definitely come back next time!

We always booked this hotel when we returned to Bangkok for our vacation eversince they started operations years back .The service level of the front desk and the housekeeping has always been excellent ,nothing has change ,they speak good english,polite and are professional in handling every aspect of inquiries. Highly recommended .

Staff are nice and friendly, the towels smell nice, there is a big fridge and lots of storage space. Located at a convenient place ＜10min from BTS, however the nearby areas are quite dark and deserted at night. Also, wi-fi is not so good at times.
