Very unhygienic hotel. Baby cockroaches crawling on the tables and toilet and even on the bed. Balcony door requires great strength to be opened. Main door can’t be closed properly, with the latch being rusty. Hotel common swimming pool has a lot of black sediments inside, not sure if chlorine was even added. Table tennis bat and ball are mouldy and of poor quality. Poor service by customer at the counter. She doesn’t even look at you in the eye when you’re asking her a question. It’s very confusing to check in as this hotel is located on the 1st floor of the other building. Receptionist needs to speed up the check in process. No phone available in the room to call front desk. But the room was clean and spacious, view was amazing. No cutlery available even though there is a mini kitchen. Fridge is not working.
