"I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai."

"The check-in experience was excellent. The lobby was luxurious and grand beyond expectations, and the service staff were well-trained and responsive. The location is convenient and the decoration is exquisite. It is excellent in all aspects, clean and tidy without any odor. The bedding in particular gave me a big surprise. I highly recommend it."

"I sleep lightly, it is rare to sleep well here. The blackout curtain in the room has a particularly good effect. After pulling it up, the light is completely isolated. The sound insulation effect is also very good. Open and close the window are two feelings. When I was working at night, I liked the bay window and lounge chair in the room. When I was tired, I could see the outdoor night view. The freshly brewed coffee for breakfast was OK. The waiter saw that I was in a hurry to go out and took the initiative to help pack breakfast for me."

"I had hesitated a bit about booking this hotel due to the mixed reviews, but the hotel is fine! Sure, it's somewhat showing its age and not a modern luxury 4-star hotel (but the reasonable room rates also reflect this, so it's fair). They have clearly maintained the hotel pretty well and the room was comfortable. Staff at reception was also very friendly and welcoming. My room had a spacious balcony (although the seaside balconies unfortunately don't get any sun during most of the day, which in winter seemed a pity) and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, which was great. No fridge though, which I would have liked. While I was satisfied with the hotel, I hesitate a bit more about recommending Bo'ao as a place to stay. I wasn't impressed by the beach, which is a relatively narrow strip of sand, disfigured by people racing around on quads. There are some restaurants and cafés but not directly on the beach and mostly closed or empty in winter (I love the beaches where you can have a drink sitting on a beanbag on the beach, which they have on Hainan's south coast, but that kind of places can't be found here). I visited in winter though and the weather was on the cool side these days. It might all look a lot more cheerful in summer! In any case, different tourists like different things and if you'd like to visit Bo'ao, this hotel is a perfectly fine choice!"

"During the May Day holiday, I traveled around Qiongzhou Peninsula for a few days. On my birthday, I stayed in this newly opened French-style hotel. The hardware and software were pretty good overall. 👍🏻 Facilities: The overall style and color of the hotel are completely within my aesthetic range. The facilities are quite complete, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a chess and card room, a restaurant, etc. For me, I like to eat Western food. The steak house is still under preparation. I like to play tennis, but there is no tennis court. It's a little regrettable. Hygiene: Very good. The waiter found that the bed sheet was slightly stained and immediately changed it. Full set of bedding Environment: The hotel is located on Boao Tinghai Road, close to the beautiful and clean sea. Service: Humanized service needs to be improved. We hope to provide guests with more sticky service. /PS: When checking out, I felt the professional, efficient and warm service of Xiaoxue at the front desk, which made up for some small regrets and disappointments of this stay.
