Qionghai Hotels with Balcony

"A splendid hotel with great hospitality from receptionist who reserved us executive floor and complementary breakfast to kid. Like 👍🏻 A great fun of water games facilities just next to the swimming pools. We had a good time. 👍🏻 Wonderful view at executive floor especially the view of sun rise from the top. Chilled wind breeze filled the hotel which gives us a feel of truly holidays."

"I rarely review hotels, but this is the best one I've encountered in Qionghai. They truly treat guests like family, making me feel right at home. My family and I stayed in a projection room, which was decorated very warmly, and the sofa even had cute throw pillows, adding a touch of romance to the coziness. Downstairs from the hotel, there's a traditional 'Lao Ba Cha' place and a great local restaurant. I especially recommend the roasted duck nearby! (You can also ask the front desk for recommendations; we basically followed theirs for all our authentic meals!) We ate all three of our meals there; it was incredibly convenient! Early the next morning, we went sightseeing by the sea, but due to an unexpected situation, my younger brother fell ill, and we had to rush back to the hotel. The hotel owner, upon learning this, even offered to take us to the hospital or buy medicine! It was incredibly thoughtful! I felt so bad for troubling them, but I'm truly grateful for the comfort they brought to our Qionghai trip!! I hope everyone has a great time in Qionghai~ And please consider staying at their hotel~ Give them a chance to give you a comfortable experience~ I wish this warm-hearted family all the best and continued prosperity!"

"This hotel doesn't offer butler service, and the breakfast was unappetizing; I ended up filling up on noodles. However, the lunch restaurant had good food. During the Chinese New Year, it was very crowded. When I arrived in the afternoon, the hot spring pools looked a bit dirty, and I'm not sure if they clean them daily. The next day, I just swam in the heated pool, which was quite comfortable. I wish the suite didn't have bunk beds; it's inconvenient with elderly guests and children, and there was only one large bed. This hotel is really just a stopover, not worth making a special trip for. On the plus side, prices here are very cheap. If you don't mind not having a sea view, it could be a decent place for a vacation, especially considering the great value during Chinese New Year."

"True to its reputation as a conference hotel, the property is grand and impressive. The room amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the staff training is exceptional. Special mention goes to Julia Xu, our concierge, who contacted me days in advance. She was incredibly attentive and thorough in understanding our needs, and her responses were remarkably prompt – it felt like she always had her phone in hand! Polite and patient, she made the first stop of our Hainan trip a delightful experience. It’s a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff; I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"I was here for a business trip. Before checking in, the front desk lady helped us choose a room. We picked Building 1 over Building 3 because the restaurant is in Building 1, which was more convenient, and the view was great! The hotel is also very accessible for getting around. The breakfast had a good variety, and the pho was delicious! All the hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, a special thanks to Yingying and Xiao Wang for their prompt replies! They helped us with an early check-in and late check-out. I'll definitely choose Citadines again next time!"

"There is some distance from the most lively story of the sea, and there is no business around, so the price is cheaper than those mature resort hotels, which is more convenient for tourists renting a car. All rooms are facing the sea, and they are not entangled in the hotel's grades to pursue cost-effectiveness and actual sea views. This hotel is worth it. The front desk helped us upgrade the room for free. The room and balcony are quite big. Going out is Red Rock Beach, sparsely populated."

"The black mold in the shower and on the curtains should be removed. The shower drained all over the bathroom. The blinds would not completely close. The balcony door would not close and lock. Great staff, our main door lock was fixed twice and very promptly, staff in the breakfast area were very helpful. But hot entres were cold as most left the lids open and it seemed there was no heat to keep items hot. Great plus to have a washing machine on the balcony!"

"Very pleasantly surprised! The sea is just a few steps away. The room is very big and has a large balcony. The washing machine also has a dryer, so the washed clothes can be collected in time. All supplies are vacuumed after disinfection. There is also a refrigerator for ice water. When it was extremely hot, I arrived at the hotel and found that there were four bottles of water in the refrigerator. The sense of salvation was unmatched. The bed was also very big and the mattress was very soft. In short, I was really satisfied!"

"The hotel's front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The concierge was also proactive in assisting with our luggage. The room was clean, and the location was super convenient, allowing easy access to and from Bo'ao. A special shout-out to Joce, the manager in the lobby, who was so kind and friendly, always offering guidance and checking in on us. Highly recommend!"

"This time I went to Boao and stayed at Dongyu Island Hotel for 2 nights and Yalun for 1 night. Although Dongyu Island was 200 cheaper than Yalun, the experience was very good. On the first day, I added a housekeeper ”Nancy” and consulted her on many things. Secondly, both the doorman and the concierge are very polite and enthusiastic, which is different from the Asia Hotel (which is cold and has a bad attitude). The environment is very quiet and the equipment is new! Strongly recommend"
