Consistently great, as always! I've stayed at Xana Hotelle branches up north before, but never knew there was one in Qionghai. I chose this place for a trip with my child, and it was perfect. The room is very spacious, with a sofa, and there's an underground parking lot. The environment is also very clean. What I love most is their king-size bed – zero pressure and incredibly comfortable. It's huge, easily fitting three people. We stayed in the 'Goddess Room,' which has both a shower and a bathtub, and the bathroom is also very big. Hot water comes quickly, and all the room controls are smart, which made for a great experience. It really offers incredible value for money! Breakfast is on the third floor, with both Chinese and Western options, and all the dishes are very fresh! I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Qionghai.

Overall, this stay was very good. We originally booked into Hotel 1, but the owner was very considerate and proactively upgraded us to Hotel 2 free of charge. The owner's son was also very polite and helpful, actively assisting us throughout the entire stay, which was a real plus. The room also had tea making facilities, and the hot water pressure was strong, making the shower very comfortable. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the overall experience was very satisfying.

The hotel room was spacious, with a simple yet elegant design and high-quality, comfortable materials. The staff and housekeepers were warm and professional; they always greeted us with a smile, answered our questions quickly and patiently, and handled everything efficiently. The Chinese breakfast offered a good variety to suit different tastes, and you could order it to your room, which was delicious. My elderly parent has dental issues and couldn't chew the beef, so the staff promptly brought fried mackerel instead – something few other hotels would do, which really deserves praise. The front desk service was particularly impressive; they always greeted my parents with a smile when they entered and exited the hotel and even proactively offered a helping hand, which was truly heartwarming.

I have visited all the major attractions in Hainan, and I spent a long time browsing Xiaohongshu before I found this treasure spot. The scenery in the homestay is beautiful, the rooms are also very unique, and the facilities are complete. If there are many people in the homestay, it is especially suitable for team building and barbecue parties. Then the free ticket attraction is the World Tropical Fruit Window next to it, which is also very interesting. There are various fruit trees and botanical gardens, photo check-in spots, children's playgrounds, zoos, camping sites, etc. It is more suitable for taking children or gathering with friends on weekends.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay here and would definitely stay here again. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, as an English couple who spoke no Chinese the staff were going that extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed, after 4 months of travelling through South East Asia the were by far the best. The lobby environment is very good, the room is very satisfactory, the TV is large, you can cast the screen privately, the big bed is very comfortable, and the layout is reasonable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. You can take a taxi to other attractions, but it is still a little distance from the museum and the milk sea. Overall very good! There is a pick-up and drop-off service at the train station, and there is a buffet breakfast. There are not many varieties, but it is very good to eat and drink. This small hotel can have this kind of supporting facilities. It is really beyond my expectations. I didn't expect to book a hotel casually to give me a feeling of surprise, feeling great value. The room is smart, the toilet is smart, there is a refrigerator, the mattress is very comfortable to lie on, there is a memory pillow, there is a feeling of living in a high-end hotel chain. It’s also very close to Swallow Cave for ten minutes. The scenery is really beautiful.

The house I stayed in, the closest to the sea, was right on the beach. I opened my eyes at 5:50 AM and was already standing on the beach waiting for the sunrise by 6:00 AM. After watching the sunrise, I went back to sleep at 6:10 AM. The breakfast ingredients were simple, but everything was delicious. The three of us, adults and children, finished everything! It was a memorable and reasonably priced guesthouse!

The lady owner of this hotel is amazing. Not only does she run a fantastic hotel, but she is amazingly friendly and an excellent chef. The room was very spacious and had views of the fishing harbour. Breakfast each morning was delicious, prawn porridge with a different selection of anchovies, fried bread, plant pancake and others. We ate dinner there twice and the fresh seafood tasted amazing, cooked perfectly by the lady owner each time. The hotel is just over 2 km from the fishing village where most of the shops and restaurants are, but the lady owner again came to our rescue and gave us her electric motorbike so that we could travel around.

There is a musty smell and it will take 15 minutes of air conditioning ventilation to dissipate. The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The only thing is that it is very close to the beach. You can see the beach and the sea when you open the window. There is a self-service washing machine and drying on the balcony of the room, which can also solve the problem of self-driving clothes. The front desk is a bit shabby, but the service attitude is okay. There is a restaurant on the 26th floor, which belongs to another famous hotel. For 168, it can feed a family of three, and the service attitude is quite satisfactory. The price/performance ratio is quite high
