Sehr unhilfsbereite Rezeption, unfreundlich, desinteressiert und unkooperativ, nur Interesse wenn die Geld damit verdienen können, sehr schlechte Zimmer, muffig. Ich würde diesen Riad nicht weiterempfehlen...................

Ce Riad est tout simplement extraordinaire ! Le cadre est typique de la culture locale. La propreté est irréprochable, avec des femmes de chambre exemplaires. Le service petit-déjeuner se passe de commentaires, tellement c'est délicieux, avec de nouvelles dégustations chaque jour. Les repas sont tout aussi succulents, et très généreux. Que dire de l'accueil, sinon un grand merci à Azzedine. Je finis avec tout mon respect pour Khadija, Siham et Raymond, les patrons, qui sont des gens avec un coeur énorme !

A 5 minutes de la place Jemaa el fna, du souk, de la mosquée de la Koutoubia et du palais de Bahia. Niché dans une petite ruelle de la médina, au calme. Typique. A peine devant la porte du Riad, qu'on entre dans un espace qui respire le calme, la douceur et la sérénité. L'accueil de toute l'équipe, la gentillesse de chacun, vous invite à la découverte d'un lieu hors du temps. Les couleurs, la décoration, l'ambiance sonore, tout est en harmonie. Du rez-de-chaussée à la terrasse, tout est émerveillement. On aspire à s'asseoir et à écouter le chant des oiseaux, le bruit de l'eau de la fontaine, tout cela baigné par les jeux de lumières du soleil ou des éclairages de nuit. Si vous cherchez un lieu où vous ressourcer après vos moments d'escapade dans Marrakech c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Date du séjour : mai 2023

An excellent venue and we'd be happy to stay again. There seem to be only 2 very hard working hosts and they are lovely people happy to help day or night. The rooms feel a little claustrophobic due to a lack of natural sunlight and vibrantly colourful room. The bed is very hard be warned. The room was exceptionally clean all the time. The riad, rooms and bathrooms are beautiful you will not find somewhere similar. Breakfast is simple and very well presented. The location could not be better. Close enough to the main square but not on a major street full of mopeds and donkeys. Wonderful place would stay again

Un Riad tout à fait exceptionnel tenu par deux soeurs et d'une équipe de personnes aux petits soins. Le lieu, les chambres, les repas, tout était PARFAIT. Les petits déjeunes sont copieux et différents chaque matin avec une multitude d'assiettes servies. C'était un vrai plaisir d'être dans ce lieu, c'était comme un conte de fées..Pour mon anniversaire, un gâteau me fut offert et nous l'avons partagées avec tous les résidents et le personnel. Nous reviendrons avec grand PLAISIR

It is a beautiful Riad decorated with great detail and great taste, the location is perfect, the staff is very attentive, always aware of the well-being of its guests, the cleanliness is excellent, we were very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again ❤️

Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert von dem in der Medina gelegenem Riad. Schon bei dem Ausfüllen der Anmeldeformulare bekamen wir Pfefferminztee und Gebäck gereicht. Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock war sehr liebevoll mit einem Himmelbett, zwei kleinen Stühlen und einem Sofa mit Tischchen eingerichtet. Das Bad war sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Waschtisch und die Badewanne waren mit Mosaiksteinen verziert. Zum Frühstück gab es Kaffee, Pfefferminztee, Orangensaft, Marmelade, Honig. Oliven, Brot, Pfannenkuchen, Kuchen. Unser Abendessen bestand aus einer Vorspeise aus überbackenem Baguette, Oliven und einer würzige Paste. Das Hauptgericht war immer eine Tajine. Und einem süßen Nachtisch. Dazu gab es 1,5 l Wasser. Der Service im ganzen Riad ist sehr familiär, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man ist in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß auf dem Place Jemaa el Fna.
