Wunderschönes Hotel (mehrere Riads quasi in einem Haus). Bezaubernde Gartenanlage- schöner Pool und extrem freundliches Personal. Egal ob die Rezeption oder das Service Personal- eine Freundlichkeit, die man sonst kaum erlebt. Besonders Yousef war unendlich bemüht. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Nur zu empfehlen.

It was our first time in Morocco and spending four nights in this oasis was an unforgettable experience. The hotel facilities provided such a welcome retreat after our days exploring the city and visiting the Riad. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was your staff. Their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality left a lasting impression. The food at your restaurant was phenomenal as well—we enjoyed it so much that we dined there every night!

We absolutely loved our stay at Al Fassia. Our room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was simple but fresh, and the service was second to none. We ate at the restaurant on several occasions, where we had some of the best Moroccan food. The massages were so good that we went back the next day. Highly recommend staying at Al Fassia - Thank you!

4 nuits de rêve😍tout est magnifique, l’architecture, son patio central avec la fontaine, les bruits de l’eau, le chant des oiseaux, l’endroit idéal pour s’évader de la routine!!! Le personnel est au petit soin, je conseille fortement le Hammam et le massage, ça fait un bien fou!!! Quand au restaurant c’est délicieux! Je reviendrai avec la famille 🙏

Absolutely faultless. From the moment you walk in, seeing the array of trees in the reception area, everything just feels tranquil and peaceful. Everything was clean. The pool is a great size. The staff are amazing. The manager Myra goes out of her way to chat to every guest and help with any queries about the Riad or the area. The staff at Reception are all so helpful - organising taxis, transfer to airport, restaurant bookings and spa treatments. The staff around the pool and at breakfast (breakfast is served poolside) are attentive and helpful, special mention to Youssef, a real credit to the Riad. The Hammam and full body massage was amazing. We ate in the restaurant attached to the Riad several times and highly recommend. The breakfast was plentiful and yummy. Tip: ask for Shakshouka at breakfast. The lunch served around the pool was delicious each time. We were made to feel so welcome. Our suite was huge! Very comfortable bed. Toiletries included in our bathroom were a lovely touch. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you to all the staff and the stunning surroundings for such a perfect week away for my birthday.

Un riad de rêve. L'accueil de Myra la gérante et de toute son équipe est exceptionnel de gentillesse et d'attentions. Ils sont au petits soins pour que les clients soient heureux et ne manquent de rien. Ce riad d'une beauté exceptionnelle vous vous y sentez tout de suite bien. Les chambres sont superbes, Le petit déjeuner autour de la piscine est très copieux et très bon avec des produits locaux et fait maison. Le restaurant Al Fassia, une des meilleures tables de Marrakech. Tout est divin, cuisiné par des femmes, servis par des femmes et Fathia la responsable, une gentillesse incroyable, la terrasse est superbe et l'intérieur très beau. En un mot: GENIAL.

Nous sommes allés en famille juste pour le repas du soir. Un délice de cuisine avec du goût, des plats de fes incontournable pour les amoureux du raffinement. Les hôtesses vêtues en rouge très sympathiques. Je recommande cet endroit en dehors de la ville.
