The hotel has is near by all accommodations the pool rooftop had great views

Horrible hotel, durty recepstion and very old fourniture. Breakfast was very very very poor, do not buy it. Location is very shabby and garbage around. Do not use this hotel, 4 stars is a lie, it doesn't deserve 2 stars.

After our first stay, we came back a month later, we will always come to this hotel whenever we are visiting Marrakech

Honestly, the room was pretty good, quite spacious, quiet, however I had to pay €1.50 when I arrived, I gave €5 to the gentleman at reception and there he gave me the magic phrase, it's good, you won't have need change and leave the rest to me, I was going to leave him a tip but when you see that he is forcing himself to keep the change without giving the customer his hand then it becomes ridiculous

Old hotel in need of a good refresh, average bedding, far from the city center. ** The only positive point is the swimming pool on the roof and the friendliness of the staff..

Hotels badly placed but which benefits from a car park with a guard which is a little more. Otherwise for the rest it is a hotel to spend a cheap night. The breakfast is acceptable and finally it is a good value for money if you have a tight budget

Important: Imperial Plaza no longer serve alcohol despite all the menus and content on their website indicating they do! Otherwise, great rooftop pool, lovely breakfast, nice restaurant, dark rooms, decidedly dodgy plug socket situations in the rooms. Overall would not stay again.

We went at the end of Aug to beginning of Sept. 2 adults and 4 kids between 16 to 10. The hotel is nice and has a lovely authentic Moroccan feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative points for us were (because of kids) the selection of food choices at breakfast and dinner. But saying that the kids still managed to find something that they would eat. The other is the pool depth, it's all one height so if, like my kids, you can't swim this can be a problem and spoil your stay. However, we managed to enjoy the pool with armbands, and pool noodles etc.

What a great hotel! All the staff super friendly especially Amal front of house. Super woman. The room was ideal,over looking the residential complex. Clean, fresh and a pretty good location if you like exploring by running or walking. As a female solo traveller I will definitely be returning to stay here again. 5 stars from me.

We stayed here for 4 nights in an unexpected heatwave in mid March with a late deal. The hotel is a little tired and needs updating and modernising. Thread bare carpets etc. The pool waterline especially was filthy. Not appealing! Staff could be more friendly. Speaking some French helps. Our room was pleasant with a huge comfy bed. Bring ear plugs it's very noisy outside. Maids ignore ‘do not disturb’ all the time. Towels were small. Safe didn't work. No English speaking tv/ radio channels so it's useless. Food wasn't great. You need a taxi really to get anywhere in the heat. It was chilly at night. Sadly wouldn't recommend.
