I’ve had the best time here! The entertainment team are so fun but not too pushy if you don’t feel like getting involved one day. The food was brilliant, and had a lot of choice. Bar staff- amazing and all staff were always willing to help. The cocktails are included in the all-inclusive and they were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. I would definitely come back. We traveled as a couple but have seen a lot for the kids to do also. Hicham, the barman, Hassan, entertainment and Wahiba, entertainment were brilliant. Really lovely people and this hotel is a really lovely place to visit.

We stayed at this Riad for 3 nights from Thursday 7th Sept 2023 with another couple and were staying there the night of the devastating earthquake. More of that later. We had emailed the Riad ahead of time and were picked up at Marrakech Airport and subsequently taken back there and allowed to add the transfer cost to our rooms. On arrival we were met near the main road -Dar El Bacha and were walked to the Riad through small alleyways. Mustafa and Khalid introduced themselves and served hot Mint Tea. Patrick then have us a tour and shared the history of the refurbishment of the Riad including the strengthening of new foundations. Something we were subsequently truly thankful of. The whole team at this Riad deserve credit for the way they looked after guests following the earthquake on 8th Sept with Mustafa guiding us all out to stand in safety ahead of being allowed back inside. Each day a tasty breakfast was served with hot drinks, yoghurts and preserves and local Breads and fruit. Very tasty! Each day Mustafa or Mohamed would recommend places to visit and showed us on maps.me how to get there on smartphones without connectivity. The ladies who cleaned our Superior Rooms did so with a passion and always smiled and said hello when we saw them around the Riad. This was hospitality at its finest under the most stressful of circumstances for the RIad team some of whine couldn’t initially contact their relatives to see if they were safe. Thank you to you all for a memorable stay. If you are reading this and are going to Marrakech don’t consider anywhere else to stay - book here for a memorable stay. We had drinks on the roof terrace and the girls also had a swim in the Riad’s pool.

NE RESERVEZ PAS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS- This hotel must be avoided at all costs!!!!! Do not trust positive ratings, they cannot be trusted and have been paid for. Evitez cet hotel a tout prix!!!! Ne croyez pas les avis postifs, achetes a moindre cout par cet hotel. Ditry bedsheets provided everyday, stained towels everyday, broken plugs in the bathrooms (!!!!), no AC, very small pool, broken shower heads, a very aggressive manager. We left before the end of our stay to a different hotel. This place is not safe! Draps sales, literie douteuse, piscine trop petite, equipements a l'abandon, un manager aggressif, prises murales exposees dans les salle de bains!!, draps dechires, Nous avons exige un remboursement de nos frais. Nous avons quittes l'hotel avant la fin de notre sejour. Nous n'etions pas en securite!

One of the best place to stay in medina. Nice and stylish, clean rooms, simple breakfast. Location also good enough, because its not that far to walk by medina from taxi (another riads can be so far and it's not comfortable to find it, especially when you have a lot of clothes). One more thing - they are really equipped with everything you need in rooms - fridge, smart-TV, hairdryer, even in single rooms. Not every riad can have it, especially with this price. Friendly and very helpful staff. Especially grateful to Hassan, he helped me with my one thousand questions 😅 So, I can recommend this place. I stayed in few riads in different points of medina, and it was most comfortable place.

A basic and functional hotel in a fairly busy area. Expect noise from the road if you are on the front of the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool on the rooftop was small but well maintained and has great views across the city to the old town.

We stayed at hotel chems from the 31st of December for six consecutive days for the new year. This was my second time in Marrakech but my mum's first time. The location is second to none within a few minutes walk to the square and also many other local attractions. On arrival we were told that we needed to check in from 3:00 p.m. we'd got there early but were able to drop off our bags and then go out exploring. The hotel itself is a little outdated, however it is very clean. Staff are very good, welcoming and attentive, room sizes good and price good. Bedrooms made up everyday, towels changed, cleaned throughout. Pool towels available for free at pool. We stopped between December and January, that is a very good size pool approximately 25 m. However it is very cold but still accessible plenty of seating areas for drinks and snacks. There are plenty of sun lounges around the poolside as well as in the grass area. Breakfast is served daily which is included within the cost and there was ample choice a selection of eggs, Cereals, yogurts a little fruit, many pastries, etc. The hotel also has a snack bar and does offer evening meals. We did not take any evening meals here. We did have snacks during the day. Things like salads, pizzas, burgers, etc. The food was good. As the hotel was very close to the local area, we were able to walk although it was close to a taxi rank. If you should need this. Within 1 minute walk to Koutobia mosque, then about 5 mins to jem so fnaa square, Cyber park short walk ( nice to visit) near royal mansour Marrakech, Around 40 mins walk is the beautiful menara :) There is also complex artisan is about 10 minutes walk maximum full of things to buy As you come out of the hotel grounds, if you do a left you will find a park on the left hand side ( Koutobia). You can walk straight through this to the main road to take a shorter route to places. There is plenty of opportunities for walking and running. It is very safe to run alone. When we were there the sunrose at about 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. and the mornings were cool. During the daytime, you can expect temperatures of around 18° c in December and January plenty warm enough if you are from England. We had a walking tour that I arranged before we went through TripAdvisor. It was very good. We also booked the waterfalls trip. This was okay. I also took a hot air balloon trip which was amazing. All of these were booked online instead of at the hotel. There was no particular reason not to book at the hotel. I just didn't realise that there was somebody on site to do this before travelling. The reception is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week. On New year's Eve, we was welcomed with a show and dinner from 7:30 p.m. full entertainment and several courses for a meal and drinks. Absolutely beautiful Riad with the most amazing, attentive staff. From the initial booking of the Riad the staff were so helpful. Ishmail booked us a taxi from the airport and made us feel so welcome when we arrived giving us a tour of the Riad then offering us a mint tea and cookies on the terrace (with a beautiful rooftop pool with complementary towels). Ishmail then provided us with maps and showed us directions to the must see places - saadian tombs (few minutes walk) and the medina and souk are all within a short walk from the Riad. The interior design of the hotel is simply beautiful. The bedrooms are so relaxing and peaceful. We had a wonderful nights sleep and felt so welcome and looked after. We had a hammam at the riad (staff were again amazing). The breakfast (included) was delicious (fruit, yoghurt, juices, pancakes, bread, omelette, jams) and the menu served on the terrace was delicious. Thank you to Ishmail, Bashir, Mustapha, the hammam ladies and all the staff who made us so welcome at this beautiful Riad. We can't wait to come back again. ❤️ amazing ❤️

What a gem of a property in the Accor catalog of accommodation and hospitality! I am a senior, solo, single traveler, and Ibis rooms are just fine with me! The Wi-Fi could be a little bit better, but that's the problem with the vendor and the Internet service Provider, not the Ibis. Although this Ibis would be within their rights to demand better service- in 2023, with 100+ rooms. I came directly from an Ibis in Lisbon, which had fewer items for breakfast, and no Chef for evening dinner! The breakfast is a wonderful mix of Moroccan, Arabic, French foods, but also American/English. Scrambled eggs are made without dairy, and I brought my own gluten-free bread from Carrefour to be sure. While they do have a container of Honey, I bring my own, as I don't like touching containers and spoons touched by other customers... another customer absconded with my honey yesterday, and one of the wait staff had to retrieve it! Three languages are spoken here: Moroccan, Arabic, French, and plenty of English. Any word that is too specific can be translated on any of the web translation sources. Like when I needed to explain that DHL was bringing a package with my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that Carrefour does not stock! There's been some shuffling of the wait staff in the last few days, but besides being new, quiet, and shy, they are all talented and all understand hospitality. The evening dinner is attended to by the top echelon of the hotel staff and everything is more than fine – which in my case means a very plain and simple American taste. Since I don't carry currency, the evening food bill goes on my room tab. Breakfast was part of the booking in the first place, but I don't fully understand what ”half-board” means, if that means evening dinner, so I will be inquiring about that. Being next-door to the train station means it's a three minute walk to excellent sight seeing and people watching. And McDonald's of you so care, and at least two mobile phone SIM shops. Carrefour is a 10 minute walk, and there is a shopping mall which is about a 20 minute walk which I will be visiting for recreation purposes and window shopping, to get a feel for the retail culture of this city. And people watching! I did read about the potable water situation on a Moroccan tourism page. This Ibis has plenty of bottled water, so just ask- at Reception and of course in the Restaurant.  I also read about cash versus credit card. The three places that I have spent money at have all accepted cards. It is currently Ramadan, but this Ibis respects International tourists' needs and wants. No disruption of service- and the staff seem to be very happy to be celebrating the holiday. My room had two minor maintenance issues, which were resolved quickly. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and well manicured. I have stayed with other brand name chain hotels in the US and Europe. Superb hotel Well located and very well frequented. Spacious room, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bedding. A welcome that makes you feel at home, very kind and helpful staff. A thought for Kenza at reception who was really adorable and attentive to the slightest request. Very popular rooftop swimming pool. I will go back with my eyes closed

We got a great deal during Ramadan. Location is Agdal, leafy suburbs with good shops, calm and quiet and close to the city centre, ten minutes drive. It's a classic hotel with two huge pools and great slides for kids. Breakfast was plentiful. Recommend.
