Kasbah
The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Riad & Spa Esprit du Maroc
4.1/549 Reviews
Before coming to Marrakech, I had no clue what a Riad was. But this place taught me the real meaning of hospitality. It's a calm oasis in the hectic Medina, where you can chill to bird songs all day long. The massage was a dreamy and having breakfast on the rooftop felt like paradise. The staff and owner are super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back. This spot is an actual hidden gem in the UNESCO heritage site.
Opera Plaza Hotel Marrakech

We had a great stay. Clean and nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Staffs were nice and friendly especially the door gentleman! Check-in was a bit of a pain as it took ages (lack of staff when i arrived)… we needed to rest badly but had to wait for like 20 mins. Lifts are very old and slow but luckily there wasn’t many guests so it wasn’t a burden. Ingeneral i think it was a good value hotel. We would come back!

Belonging to high-end boutique hotels, the waiters are highly motivated. The double room has a large space and the sanitation facilities are clean and clean. The bedding is also quite soft and comfortable, which is the best night I have ever slept in Morocco. The surrounding dining is fully prepared, and the Chinese food and beverages are delicious. The breakfast experience is also very good, with a wide variety of dishes.
Red Hotel Marrakech

Background: stayed 3 nights over new year 22/23 with the family. Hotel is twinned with The Opera Plaza Hotel, but we stayed in the Red Hotel Section. The Good: friendly staff, clean rooms, good service and housekeeping, wonderful buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, Morocco’s style pancakes and bread made on demand, pool area is fabulous and you could easily spend hours there. Location was good with most tourist attractions a 5 to 10 min cab ride away. The venue has a bowling alley and a restaurant with international football shown every day, it is not rowdy and is a nice atmosphere to watch a match. Close to Menara Mall and some western fast food places. The not so good: the red hotel is a bit dated, carpets in common areas are a bit frayed and the room stayed in was very basic with uncomfortable pillows and facing the street was noisy. Overall: this is an upper 3 star / lower 4 star hotel. I would rate 7 out of 10. I think most people would be happy with a short stay at this hotel for a reasonable price. I have read some of the other reviews on trip advisor which can put you off but our experience was fine. I also note the comment about a new year event on another review, we were at the hotel at the same time (the red hotel part) but not invited to anything.
Hotel Meriem Marrakech

Hotel Meryem is a budget choice and is good for the family. It’s very close to the train station and around 3.5km from the medina proper. There’s nothing much to see in the vicinity though. The hotel receptionist, Jamila, is very helpful and always smiling. I liked that she welcomed me warmly and asked me about how my trips went (which for me did not come off but mostly a friendly chat).
