Hello, I would like to share my experience. Hotel UTMT is the most comfortable place in Sri Lanka, people, massage, food, accommodation, everyone will do their best for you, I can only recommend it. They are like my second family. In the course of 2 years, I returned to this place 6 times, in January 2025 I wanted to return 7 times. There was a problem here, namely incredibly bad communication with the manager at the reservation department, not responding to e-mails, even for 2-3 weeks, then again waiting for further responses. As a regular customer, I received the highest prices when planning 7 visits, I didn't feel welcome at all, I wanted to book a specific room (which they sold to another customer without my knowledge! and they convinced me to cancel the reservation) after 4 weeks of extremely bad communication , the manager advised me that it would probably not be appropriate for me to visit their hotel and that I should reconsider my visit. And he offers a room that doesn't have a view, or the right location, and a high price, and you think it's okay. A NONSENSE customer who spends more than 28,000 euros in their facility in two years is not welcome? The owner should think about whether such a person is in the right position, I believe that the owner will deal with my complaint, because he is losing good, loyal customers. I am extremely disappointed with the approach and communication with an existing and regularly returning customer, such communication and failure to solve the problem is unacceptable.
