I am a victim of the DANA floods in Valencia. I have had to cancel my trip due to the current circumstances and they have not approved my request to cancel the reservation. I trusted this hotel chain, but the lack of humanity and empathy has already shown me who they are. Miserable.
I am attaching the photographs that I sent them of the area where I live to request the cancellation.

The hotel is located next to the N11 highway in Mataró, surrounded by universities, with a good community and a relatively safe location. The room is not big but comfortable. There is an underground parking lot for 10 euros per day. The shower water in room 307 is hot and cold and needs repair.

I liked the experience a lot, the girls at the reception were very kind, they gave us a room that had not been done, but the girls at the reception changed our room and it was perfect, I give the girls at the reception a 10.
