From the moment we arrived, the tranquil paradise of Mauritius embraced us, matched only by the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The central figure orchestrating our memorable stay was Adasha, who is truly the embodiment of hospitality. Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. First time in Mauritius & certainly did not disappoint ! Check in process with iced tea & cold flannels to refresh very welcome ! Lovely large garden room - housekeeping staff kept the place spotless - bedding changed every other day & towels & toiletries as required along with bottled water . Ate in all the a la carte restaurants - no complaints - disappointed to read comments about hygiene in buffet restaurant - house keeping staff were permanantly cleaning up after diners had finished their meals - & there was certainly some mess to clear up at times !! Having been to other AI resorts where there are trees & foliage near the dining area birds & insects are always going to be around - however chefs were always walking around checking food ….. wobbly tables - C’est la vie !!! The staff are a huge asset - lovely people including Vinay,Ramesh,Innesh,Josh & Suraj . All in all a lovely sun soaked holiday🏝️🍹 -

The beach of Mao Ball really doesn't want to hold too high expectations. This is the third home in Mao Ball. The service and the first two are really incomparable, because the former one lived in a bubble and served too much. There is no comparison here, you can only say that the price is OK, after all, this price is cheaper in the hair ball. To praise the bath water here, because the bubble is open air, so the bath water is cold at night, no matter where the bath water is good in the morning and evening, it is close to the SUPER U flacq shop. Go to the hair ball and try to avoid Sunday. We had 2 weeks of this trip, which was wasted. The public holiday supermarket of Zhoumao Maoshu was closed, the hotel was closed, and the project did not have to play.

We had the most wonderful experience at C mauritius resort hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mrs Karen the Front Office Manager, Mr. Nevin the receptionist and Bradley the bell boy. The staffs of the hotel were always ready to help and all of them were very friendly. The food and the service were excellent. The room are so big, spacious and well cleaned, the bed was super comfortable and had a good restfull night sleep. We were well served at the bar Andiket was amazing. At the buffet restaurant we were warming welcome by Mr. Jess what a nice man give us all the restaurant information. Nice swimming pool fabulous relaxing corner. The view was a sight to behold and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to spend the dream tropical holidays. We recommend this hotel if you are looking to have best time in Mauritius ❤️❤️

We would like to thank the managing team and all his staff including the reception team, housekeeping and the restaurant personnel for their exceptional hospitality and assistance. All the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay a very comfortable one. A special thanks to the restaurant team who attended to all our requests without hesitation. We would like to make some positive suggestions for senior citizens and handicapped person. There should be more accessible rooms for wheelchair, available for them. The concrete pathway near the restaurant could be extended up to the sea-side where the senior citizens and those on wheelchair can enjoy the scenic view of the sea.

Free parking and gate security are in place like all hotels in Maodao. We were just in time for the hurricane. We couldn't go to sea in rainy days. The hotel also had a lot of entertainment facilities. Table tennis, football, sand, volleyball, and pool. The WIFI signal in the room is very weak, only the balcony signal is very strong. I wonder if the facility was affected by the hurricane. The beach is downstairs, but the WIFI signal is very strong. There are many schools of fish not far from snorkeling, and basic water sports facilities are free of charge. The staff is very friendly, the environment in the yard is beautiful and quiet, it is much better than the salt selection we stayed behind, it is worth recommending ~

This is an excellent, inexpensive resort to stay on the East Coast of Mauritius. I loved hotel's activities and staff services. Whilst I wouldn't stay there on a honeymoon because it lacks the romantic atmosphere that some of the 5 starts hotels have ( luxurious flowers, etc) I will always consider returning for a holiday break. The waves on the East Coast are stronger comparing to the West coast, making swimming little bit more challenging, however the water is very clean. Highly recommended.

I chose the four seasons because I believe that the four seasons are consistently high quality, very good environment and location, the staff take care of my feelings, except for one, I will elaborate below. The location is good, the hotel can provide free snorkeling service, you can also see a lot of fish snorkeling next to the hotel, the sea is very clear, great.
