This is an excellent, inexpensive resort to stay on the East Coast of Mauritius. I loved hotel's activities and staff services. Whilst I wouldn't stay there on a honeymoon because it lacks the romantic atmosphere that some of the 5 starts hotels have ( luxurious flowers, etc) I will always consider returning for a holiday break. The waves on the East Coast are stronger comparing to the West coast, making swimming little bit more challenging, however the water is very clean. Highly recommended.

The design concept and facilities are very suitable for non-parents and children. Comfort + personality + eye-catching + leisure + entertainment. Hygiene: Everywhere in the hotel is clean, no matter the public areas or rooms, the beach will be cleaned throughout the day (except at night) The design concept follows the principle of protecting nature. There are no plastic products. I brought my own garbage bags. Environment: The hotel as a whole is a work of art. This is a hotel where you can meet Chinese tourists, but there are very few Chinese people. First of all, the junior suite has a double bed and a double sofa bed, which can accommodate a family of four, but another child under 16 years old has to pay an additional 80 euros per day without an extra bed, including breakfast. The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and courteous, and the other service staff were also very enthusiastic. Breakfast is very bad for Chinese people. It is not suitable for Chinese people than Intercontinental. Dinner is just okay and relatively rich. However, I only had dinner once in the hotel. The hotel has all the facilities that a resort should have. There are many swimming pools, but there is no exclusive swimming pool for children. The hotel beach has very white sand, which is obviously much better than the hotel beaches in the north.

However, the most popular place to eat is the buffet restaurant. Although it is not delicious, there are many choices, mainly fruits. The waiter at the seafood restaurant was very unfriendly. This time I stayed at the two hotels of Lishi Mona and Lishi Mei'an. The style is still quite different. The sand of Mona is yellowish and very slightly. The sand on the Mei'an is slightly whiter and thinner. Be careful. The walk is still acceptable; the rooms are larger and more modern; the sea view is better for Mount Mona. Sitting in the seaside is very eye-catching. After a day, the hotel is too lazy to move. If you are chasing dolphins, it is also near the Mount Mona. The pool and meals are not as good as the US shore.

The beach is not as beautiful as other hotels, but everything else is okay! The service attitude is very good, and every staff member is smiling. There is only one non-paying restaurant, and the food is different from other hotels... It is estimated that several other restaurants require reservations and payment

Located in the southern Taihao Hotel, we stayed for three days to set a package for breakfast and dinner! First of all, the hotel environment, the overall white, people feel very comfortable, and there is a river in the hotel, in the evening there are singers singing and rowing in the bed, the scenery is pleasant, the overall environment is still very comfortable. Next, let's say that the service is not very satisfactory~ The reception service at the beginning made us sit down and drink the drink check in. It is quite good, but it will not work later. First, the extra bed was not added until the evening. Later, it was reminded for a long time before the room card was broken. It was repeated three times before it was done. The children's slippers and scissors were added to the third day when they left. The overall service feels. I can't reach it, I don't know if it is the reason for the full house! The dinner was said to be available in the other three restaurants, and the results were not available. However, it is good to not pick up the gold. Once it was completely packaged in the restaurant, there was a lot of cash inside. Later, I was told that I was at the front desk and I was sent back. This is worthy of praise. Finally, talk about hygiene. After washing the kettle in the room, there is still a lot of garbage coming out. I thought it was a problem with water quality. After drinking it for two days, I found a filter inside. The filter is full of rubbish, really too Disgusting, it seems that the kettle should be used after washing. The beachside water facilities in the hotel are free to rent, the coastline is very long, there are two large reefs on it, the water quality is good, it is still very fun. The hotel is close to the dolphins, so it’s an advantage at 8:30 in the morning!

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.
