The hotel is not too far from the seaside and it takes half an hour to walk. The price is very reasonable, so this location is ok. Other conveniences are also very good, the only bad thing is that eating is not very convenient. The hotel kitchen is very simple and nothing to eat.

We checked in with disappointment and complaints about the room and the hotel in overall. The pictures on the Internet are very deceiving compared to what you actually see when you go there. This place badly need renovation and it needs to be closed down. Once, the place have the makeover then it should reopen. I got a room which was not convenient at all for my baby especially as we live in a very clean and beautiful house. It was extremely disappointing to pay for such mediocrity. I made sure that Eclesia knew how disappointed we were and I requested to pay for a seaview room and she tried to arranged for that. We saw the room but we were still not happy and I was thinking to cancel my stay. However, Eclesia felt my concern and shared it with The Manager Kris who then upgraded us to a better room at no cost. The view at the hotel is mesmerising both sunset and sunrise. The food at the restaurant is very limited in variety but it was very very tasty. Hats off to the Chef. The ladies at the restaurant was very nice to us and Kris cane to us several times during our stay we make sure we were okay.

The guess told me the room in bad condition, the cupboard and toilet which they came 3 times to fix, door din work properly and luckily manage to move to others room. However I got mixed up with the booking date n trip.com managed to help me settle without extra fee via live chat. Located in the southern Taihao Hotel, we stayed for three days to set a package for breakfast and dinner! First of all, the hotel environment, the overall white, people feel very comfortable, and there is a river in the hotel, in the evening there are singers singing and rowing in the bed, the scenery is pleasant, the overall environment is still very comfortable. Next, let's say that the service is not very satisfactory~ The reception service at the beginning made us sit down and drink the drink check in. It is quite good, but it will not work later. First, the extra bed was not added until the evening. Later, it was reminded for a long time before the room card was broken. It was repeated three times before it was done. The children's slippers and scissors were added to the third day when they left. The overall service feels. I can't reach it, I don't know if it is the reason for the full house! The dinner was said to be available in the other three restaurants, and the results were not available. However, it is good to not pick up the gold. Once it was completely packaged in the restaurant, there was a lot of cash inside. Later, I was told that I was at the front desk and I was sent back. This is worthy of praise. Finally, talk about hygiene. After washing the kettle in the room, there is still a lot of garbage coming out. I thought it was a problem with water quality. After drinking it for two days, I found a filter inside. The filter is full of rubbish, really too Disgusting, it seems that the kettle should be used after washing. The beachside water facilities in the hotel are free to rent, the coastline is very long, there are two large reefs on it, the water quality is good, it is still very fun. The hotel is close to the dolphins, so it’s an advantage at 8:30 in the morning!

Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. We have created unforgettable memories here, and we can’t wait to return next year. If you’re considering a trip to Mauritius, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Where shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!

Anantara is a very beautiful resort. Decor is top notch and comfortable. The staff provides excellent service and assistance is always available. The resort is a beach front property with a lot of activities. This property is amazing and you won’t go wrong by choosing it. Yusef , Cintia, Karim, Sharonne, Paul, and many more of the staff ( I’m bad with names) , will attend to all your needs.

I stayed at this hotel because I can get a ticket to the Bird Park, and there will be a shuttle bus in the morning and evening. Dinner is not in line with Chinese taste, breakfast is better. The hotel pool is relatively cold and the rooms are generally hygienic. Because the child took a bath, the bathroom floor was full of water, told the waiter, and did not deal with it. These aspects are disappointing.

The hotel is in ebene, similar to the high-tech park, it is convenient to the office, the hotel breakfast is OK, there is not a gym, but the facilities are more practical. Parking is very convenient with lots of parking spaces. The service staff is enthusiastic and many needs can be resolved in a timely manner.
