No pude llegar a mi reservación e intente cancelarla y que me hicieran un reembolsos y noe solucionaron nada así que pues no sé nada bueno que opinar

I couldn't get to my reservation and I tried to cancel it and get a refund and they didn't solve anything so I don't know anything good to say

El servicio es normal en general, con excepciones, como los de valet parking excelente(te cobran extra este servicio, $100 al día), pero el que prepara los omelettes malo.  La comida es buena, al menos lo que elegí, el zarandeado estuvo exquisito. La alberca es genérica, no la mejor. El internet considero es bueno.

Lo peorsito son las habitaciones, colchones en pésimo estado, y accesorios del hotel oxidados.

Tienen agentes de venta para venderte noches del hotel, ignóralos, esto es de muy mal gusto, te llevan con engaños, que te regalan 3 noches, lo cual es una farsa, solo intentan venderte.

The service is normal in general, with exceptions, such as excellent valet parking (they charge you extra for this service, $100 a day), but the one who prepares the omelettes is bad. The food is good, at least what I chose, the zarandeado was exquisite. The pool is generic, not the best. I think the internet is good.

The worst are the rooms, mattresses in terrible condition, and rusty hotel accessories.

They have sales agents to sell you hotel nights, ignore them, this is in very bad taste, they trick you into giving you 3 nights as a gift, which is a farce, they are just trying to sell you.

Our family of 5 had stayed at this resort for the first time. We have 3 kids ages 6, 12, and 15. We had a wonderful time. We decided to go with the all-inclusive package. We had a difficult time finding reviews on the all-inclusive so decided to give it a chance. We're glad we did. It was worth the money. The food was good, drinks were great, and we enjoyed some of the excursions including zip-lining and going to deer island. The highlight of our trip was Adrian who is a server at the pool. His English was excellent and he worked so hard to serve our family. He learned what we liked and how we liked things and was proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. He was fun and his service was a large part of why our time was so relaxing and special. We also loved that the resort was so close to the ocean. The water was so warm and we had a great time playing in the water with our kids. The rooms gave us a nice place to rest when we got too hot or needed a break. The WiFi worked well for us and was fast enough to stream movies and do a long Zoom work meeting. We had a great time and hope we can return someday.

I don't take any joy in writing this regarding our experience at Royal Villas but I feel morally obligated to be honest. Went down for a family vacation for my sons birthday and we had family local in Mazatlán come to see us at the hotel. My uncle and his wife both joined us at the pool where our family was relaxing and having drinks among the other guests. The pool manager man named ray came up to me and said that my uncle needs a wrist band to be allowed in the pool area, mind you, there are about 50 people at this pool and my uncle is the only African American person at the pool, coincidence that he needs a wrist band and nobody else, I think not. We walk to the front desk to request a wrist band, the girl working there says we have run out of the amount of wrist band allocated to your room for your stay (I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights). Okay so that's the first excuse, Next question is what if my uncle came as a guest of the hotel to use the bar/pool. They said unfortunately due to covid the pool and the wristbands are for guests of the hotel only and not their visitors. SO now that the staff has said that my uncle is NOT allowed at the pool. He leaves very upset, my other family members make it to the pool and when they are brought to the front desk, they are given wristbands for the pool without hassle (my other family members are not African American) . This was 30 minutes after my uncle who is African American was told we cannot give you any guests passes. The manager of the hotel the day after let me know they are very sorry for this misunderstanding and that sometimes they have ”special situations”. I've been around and seen enough things in the world to know and see clear racism in front of my own eyes. This hotel unfortunately doesn't value equality as if they did they wouldn't have different rules depending on the color of your skin. The only helpful person during this was a guy who worked at the pool his name was Adrian. We loved our trip to Mazatlán but I wont ever step into this hotel again.

Room  was cleaned ever day our housekeeper Lupita was Excellent and so was her helper, Service was very good, food was very good, all the staff was very friendly, and helpful,  the bar staff by rhe pool was great, Marcos in parking was outstanding, as was his crew. Patrllia Raymires in booking tours and fishing trips did a very good job. All in all it was very nice, we will surely go back.    We stayed 10 days 9/29 -10/09/ 21021
