Hotel Villa Real Reviews

This is a budget hotel that is in a premium location. I think it feels more like a hostel as the rooms are super basic but with enough privacy and cable tv. There are a ton of restaurants and clubs next to the hotel. The room I got wasn’t loud but the guests were quite loud as some of the rooms have multiple beds. There is always free coffee and free parking which makes this hotel really worth it. It also has an elevator. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location for weekend nightlife. I can't complain with the cheap price .

Hello, the photos on the site do not reflect reality, the air conditioning is in poor condition, and the room is not cleaned every day.. unlike other establishments located on the same street 😉

The hotel claims to be 3 stars, I would say 1 to 2 stars. Worn sheets with some holes from wear. Small, stiff towel with the smell of cheap soap. I had to order another one. We were 2 people. The floor is cracked and the shower opens directly onto the bed in the room. Minimal and poor quality soaps. Very old air conditioning. The noise of the street, music, etc. comes in. The reception area and normal elevator

It seems to me to be a very functional and very well located hotel, and also with a good price. Staff is very helpful and kind. I totally recommend it.

It is a simple hotel, it has everything you need to rest. The bed they gave me was not comfortable, the room needs a refrigerator, air conditioning is missing, there are not enough electrical outlets. It is located near the stadium and a few steps from the metro station. It is in a pink zone so there is a lot of movement. The employees treated us well.
