Terrible terrible service. So first we made a booking, but due to travel time we informed them of our arrival which happened to be after the check in. We called, emailed and made sure they know we were still coming but just with a two hour delay. We reach and they immediately tell us no room available. We show them our information and the only thing the reception kept saying was no room available. So rude. Turned out they SOLD our room which we already paid for. Even after we told them about our late arrival. The receptionist was again rude and unapologetic about the fact that he just made 7 travellers homeless. The only reason they get 1 star at all is because someone from the hotel was kind enough to show us another hotel available. Do not recommend.

Dortoir et sans plus Non recommandable Non pratique pour toutes commodités de séjour Le nettoyage de la chambre n'a été fait qu'après plusieurs relances et au troisième jour!!!!! Dans une chambre de double, on se retrouve avec 5 lits individuels !!!! Restaurant infecte et odeur repoussante depuis plusieurs étages. Si vous souhaitez garder votre Zen attitude éviter cet établissement.

The manager is extremely rude. He has no customer service experience. I had my booking refused and left me to find another hotel, which took too much of my time and hassle. If you want to ruin your experience book here.
