The worse customer service. Not all staff but a guy called Abdullah Al Harbi. I have never experienced. I have kids. We run out of water. What do you do, call 0 the reception. I requested a water and he said, this is reception, we’re busy. Don’t call us. Call room service.

Very good hotel near haram and value for money.haram is 300 MTR from hotel.break fast available but not tried.restaurant in hotel serving Indonesian food. There are a variety of food options available around hotel area and easy to get taxis.

Currently staying at the hotel, the sink and toilet are completely clogged, after 48 hours the situation remains UNCHANGED! ABSENCE OF REACTIVITY from staff and management. I have 48 hours left, could you do what is necessary immediately so that we can have a minimum of hygiene, it is untenable.

We were staying for 3night and has arrived right before jumah prayer due to our haramain schedule. Even the check in time were at 4pm. But Hasan manage to provide us a room for my wife to get some rest. He passion is incomparable, he assist us (me especially) by heart! The location is 5mins away from gate 327 of haram. Which gate for ladies. Its easier for you who come as couple. Room are suspicious, bathroom and tea amenities are complete. Mattress is comfy and the feature is up to date as well. You will finde usb and type c socket which make the traveller easier. Hair dryer? They have it. You can empty you luggage. However, the first impression when we got in. The room were having strong un pleasant smell. Kind of odor of fish. Which surprising when I ask about air freshener, they give us instead of refreshing by them. Some feature has a defect which can be done better (e.g tv remote, tub stopper) Room for improvement is always available ofc. Especially for the service ask we requested for room service but it wasnt fulfill even though we put the sign from morning as well as after service the team wasn’t replenish the towel which they were taken. In overall, I could say its value for money and your Front desk team are amazing, they are checking to ensure that they staywere good. Anyway. If I got a chance to be back, for sure I will.

I was extremely disappointed with their service first of all i would like to share my experience they have a poor service in not answering the phone call as a guest i was calling to confirm my booking since im travelling with my family i wanted to make sure that i have the room for my stay but was not ever satisfied so unfortunately i had to reserve somewhere else will never be visiting this hotel ever again. After all this when i tried to cancel my reservation they don't want to answer my call nor refunding my amount this is not the right way to ignore a guest would never recommend this hotel to any friends or family members. Thank You.

Hotel to avoid, dirty, dated, no furniture in the room, no electrical outlet to charge the phone and finally there was no hot water in the bathroom. Even after several complaints from pilgrims, the hot water has not returned, the staff is not attentive to customers. this hotel does not deserve its stars. only positive point close to the mosque.

This was my 2nd time staying here. The location is absolutely brilliant as it is literally a 1-2 minute to the harram. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. I had ZERO issues with the sink or water. The only drawbacks were that their is no free parking in front or around the hotel - the parking is paid (5 SAR/HR). The breakfast buffet was lacking - they only had 6 or 7 different dishes which wasn't appealing at all so I skipped out on it. Overall however, I enjoyed my stay and the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Location is what the rating is based on. We had a few issues with the room. The sink was leaking, we stayed for about 3 days and asked numerous times to have it fixed however the staff at front were rudely trying to dismiss us telling us it will be done. When we told them we have told them to get this sink fixed numerous times they said we have to be in the room whilst they fix it. Room service was practically non existent. All that showed they may have room service in the hotel was a cart that stayed in the exact same spot throughout the entire stay. Our room was never cleaned nor checked on. I realised they would come at prayer time and knock on doors when they know no one will be in as per their policy to ‘not clean unless you’re in the room’ (weird policy but ok). When I saw them we asked them to check the bathroom.. again. We were told they will come around. As we were getting late we had to leave. (They never cleaned it nor came again) The sink was never fixed. We saw a person from room service once at the start (he was just in the hallway not cleaning) and we made sure to ask for extra tissue rolls which saved us as we would have never had enough had we not asked then. As they never came to clean. The rooms were quite small and narrow, however it wasn’t a massive issue. The walls were dirty. The bedding was decent. The lifts were actually quite quick and the location was really good hence the 2 stars. Breakfast was not worth it. We stopped going down as it was not filling at all. They would serve rice for breakfast.. 2 minute walk from the mosque.
