The hotel near from haram…especially for woman area. Service is good but the toilet smell makes me crazy😢

The room aircon is hot and ask to fixed but no one came to fixed it,even the sinks is clogged i ask receptionist to fixed but no one come.

Good service. Housekeeping come and ask everyday if rooms need cleaning or we need anything. Rooms are decent for the price.. Very close to Masjid An Nabwi.. We were also sent a complimentary fruit hamper to our room.. I was a little worried before coming from reading all the negative reviews but honestly speaking I couldn't find anything to complain about Alhamdulilah..

Extremely outdated bathroom. Staff did not change the room to a better one, offered an even worse room. Don't stay here. Always ask to see the room first. Problem is that you pay in advance. Don't bother waiting for the elevator, take the stairs
