The food was very good and good service liked the ambience of the hotel and the place where the food was served. The hotels buffet was good they refilled as soon as the food got empty. I feel that oberoi has the best food in town. Good job by the hotel management.

The staff was excellent! Especially the Manager Mohamed Kiyas, Aswan, Ahmed and the afternoon team. The entire team made us feel special and really at home. The service was superb! From time that we checked in to the time we left . Food was also great Thank you all..

Best service ever - Mr Kayas and Mr Aswan are truly unmatchable in their behaviour and excellent standards. These two gentlemen are an asset to the hotel. The hotel convenience is great but again it’s the service they provide that makes it 100

had a really great time here. purely because of the wonderful staff working at the Oberoi ! Grateful to Ali from the reception from the very first day. He insisted that i change my room to a better view with a double bed ! it was truly a magnificent view. My daily meals were so very very well taken cared of by the staff at the restaurant, thank you dear Mr Yasser for that special touch, very sharp eyes and he made sure the dignity of the place remains clean and pure. No doubt Oberoi Madinah is the best.

It was a nice dining experience. We were served by Mr. Najmul and Mr. Parvis. They are very accommodating and pleasant with us. The ambiance was good also. It was a solemn place that suited friendship and conversation. The place is a good one for distress from busy work. I would recommend the restaurant.

the kyoto restaurant had an amazing set menu with staff that carefully catered to my allergy. really enjoyed the food and was all fresh and made to order. special thanks to nazmul and naeem for taking care of us and providing the most attentive service.
