Comfortable room and good value. Good location with many shops around it. Group dancing across the street makes it noisy until 9pm.

I recently stayed at Howard Johnson Hotel in Meizhou, Guangdong Province, and I was very pleased with my experience. I would like to extend my special thanks to the staff named Alice for her assistance. Alice was very friendly and efficient in handling my needs, making my stay very smooth. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. BIG APPLAUSE & THANK YOU to chief concierge Sam Qiu for his hospitality & prompt response. Sam checked us in & greeted my elderly parents with big smile. Sam is very resourceful! He learnt that we are foreigners of Hakka descendent & visited Meizhou for local cuisines, immediately recommended few restaurants & interesting places for us to explore. He helped us booked Di Di online, ordered food delivery to hotel before we departed to next city & even prepared disposable utensils for our meals in the high speed train, really appreciate his detailed observation & consideration! Sam extended his service beyond my expectation! LOVE the location, quiet & spacious room. People's Square is right across the street. Fresh air & greenery in the morning. When dark falls, the whole park turns into fun fair ground for kids, dancing field & karaoke place for the adults. Will return staying in this hotel without hesitation.

It is the international standard for the Hakka capital. Strongly recommend for those travelers that visit Meizhou for any occasions.

Staff are excellent!

The non-legacy room we booked is quite unique. Changsheng Howard Johnson has always been our first choice for hotels when we return to Meizhou. It has complete facilities and convenient surroundings. It is opposite the Cultural Square and there is a food street downstairs. It is quite lively at night. Zhang Liwen, the front desk supervisor, and Tao Minjie, the guest director, provide warm and thoughtful service, making us feel at home.

The front desk staff is nice, the room is clean, bright and spacious, the breakfast is rich, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to go anywhere. I highly recommend it! There are also many restaurants and shops around. Parking is free.

Environment: Very beautiful Service: Excellent I came back to Meizhou for business again, and I stayed here as expected. It still brought me the same surprise and the most extreme accommodation experience. Manager Guo served me again. After the business trip, I bought some mooncakes from the hotel for my parents. The taste was really good. I will stay here next time I come to Meizhou. Manager Guo's service attitude and professional business level really made me feel at home. Thank you!

The hotel is very good in all aspects. I always stay at Howard Johnson every time I come back. Ms. Guo and Xiao Tao at the front desk even helped me send out the items I left behind. It is a very considerate hotel.

As one of Wyndham's many brands, Howard Johnson is considered a third-tier hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Meizhou, Guangdong, with convenient transportation. The price and service are acceptable.
