Convenient location in the CBD.

Room was so small than the pictures

Only stayed for a night but had everything we needed and a very central location.

Always staying in this hotel every time I go to Melbourne, just because it is closer to Southern Cross Station. Cafes and restaurants are just 5 minutes walking, as well as Coles only 3 minutes walking.

Comfortable stay, great location.

Good location for the price and clean bathroom

The room was adequate to my needs, bed was comfy. Only complaint is there was no milk in the fridge when I went to make my morning coffee

Definitely not the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s a three star hotel but I would say it felt like a one or two star hotel instead. The walls need a paint over and all of them were black from dirt I assume? The rooms and corridors had a weird smell as well. It felt like a hostel rather an a hotel. Can’t believe I paid $350/night for a room at this place. Was liveable but wouldn’t choose this place next time..if all hotels at this price point in Melbourne are like this, then Melbourne hotels really need to up their professionalism and service

The location is good to go anywhere in the city and the big restroom as well~

Very outdated, didn't look too much like the photos. Did the job for us for three nights though. Exceptional location though.

I CANNOT believe this is rated as 4 star. It cannot be legit. Not at all what was advertised. King bed was not a king bed, it was 2 king singles pushed together that kept coming apart. The complimentary tea and coffee came with no kettle, so that was pointless. The fridge was barely cold. Nothing stocked to buy (all things a 4 star would have, surely) The lift was broken and yet still sent to top floor level 10 & having to use stairs the rest of the way, instead of offered a lower level room (at 9 months pregnant this was tougher then usual) The room was nothing like the picture. It also had a bad smell to it. It was also so noisy. The bass from a bar next door was shaking the windows and music heard until 5am, and can hear everyone in hallways, and other rooms. The price they had this up for I was expecting so much better (glad I had a discount and didn't pay what was asked, but I still paid way too much for what it was) I would never go back again and never recommend to anyone..will tell everyone not to go.
