The room had a slight smell the first time we came in. However, overall, it's affordable cost and convenient.

The  was clean and the location was in the  perfect location

The only ”complaint” I would even say I had was that the elevator was broken, however that can happen at any hotel.    Ms. Jackie at the front desk was so sweet and worked with me so well when I went to rebook because of the snow storm and I had no way of getting back out to my house since we are in a state of emergency.     Only other issue i had, which isn't the biggest deal, was the fridge kind of sounded like someone was knocking at the door but that could have been due to there not being that much in there.

Clean and comfortable! And a good place to stay if you need a cooking space! This location is close to most of the local 
shopping malls and is convenient! 

I booked a stay here for a month Back in march while we we’re waiting to close on our home. We ended up leaving 15 days early booking a room across the street because of how awful the staff was.  The front desk staff is rude. They told my husband too bad when he had a complaint about the people doing drugs across the hall. The following day our key cards stopped working. And upon asking Derrick at the front desk for assistance. He said it’s a safety issue and that why it happens the he was combative in reactivating the cards. I paid my stay 5,500$ in advanced for 30- days w my 2 kids 9 &2 s and husband and dogs.  He also was screaming at me because I wanted the number to guest relations to complain about my stay and how rude the staff was and advised me to go online to find it myself. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. And I most certainly will never ever stay there again. I called guest relations prior to my early check out to get things resolved. Someone was supposed to call back in 24 hrs. No one has ever called me back. And I called twice to follow up on it. Disgusting. Don’t stay here.if I could leave zero stars I would.
