The house is two-story. The upper floor has a heater in the living room, but none of the three rooms on the first floor have heaters. It will be a bit cold in August. The faucet in the master bathroom shower room cannot be turned off. When calling someone to fix it, you need to speak pure English. If you don't speak English, you can't handle this kind of problem.

Except for the master bedroom, the other two rooms are very small. The extra bed was not given a quilt on the first night. The room is on the first floor and faces the street. I heard the sound of cars coming and going at around 5 o'clock in the morning. I stayed for four nights and every day at 6 o'clock I was woken up by the sound of cars before. Apart from the good location of the hotel, the experience of staying here was very poor. The only good thing is that Ctrip handled the matter in a timely manner.

Great location . Very close to the beach . We spent ages watching whales in the distance . 3 bedroom apartment had everything we needed and more . Admired the furniture as was very similar to my own at home . 2 pools looked great - we didn’t swim as was an overnight stop for work but would definitely look at coming back . Jo at reception was really friendly and helpful . You can talk to her like you have known her for ages .

Our family loved our stay in room 62. This apartment was very clean, comfortable & well equipped. We really appreciated the Bosch washer & dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. If I was being picky the only thing I would say is that the grout in the bathrooms could use a good clean - but that’s literally the only thing I could fault. Reception lady was lovely!

Great location and apartment and beautifully cleaned and presented. Staff were very helpful. This is a great location with the calm lake on one side and surf beach on the other - both only 100m from our accommodation.
